Good for beginners
I used this app to keep up with my Spanish, but the sentences kept distracting me as they were rather hilarious. For some reason Duolingo is obsessed with animals, and so some phrases included "This duck is pretty" and "my cow likes the colour green". While it's good for beginners, it doesn't seem to explore grammar in detail and so I stopped using it after some time.

Fun, and well made - I wish they had other languages such as Arabic and Mandarin, but bizarrely they have Esperanto? Easy to use, and good for starters.

For some reason it made all my animals into beer drinking alcoholics ? To this day the phrase that come into my head the most when I’m trying to remember Dutch is “De katten drinken bier”

A very underrated addition to the MCU. Iron Man 3 is a very interesting look at the character of Tony Stark in the fallout of Avengers. He must now struggle with what he's seen and what he's experienced. This movie has some cool dialogue and some awesome action sequences. One of my favorite sequences of the film is the DIY fight that Tony has. He has to create his own improvised weapons when the suit fails on him. Disappointed with how the Mandarin was very underused, but you can't win everything. Overall, definitely better than most people make it out to be.

Continuing my post 'Endgame' stroll down the MCU's memory lane I turned to the third solo outing for Iron Man.

Whilst having good memories of this instalment it was better than I recalled. Picking up after the events of 'Avengers Assemble ' we see Tony Stark dealing with PTSD, suffering anxiety and panic attacks. It's interesting to see now - after Endgame, the change in direction for Stark. Here is a man who knows - who has seen, there's greater threats out there. It's the start of what 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' progresses 4 MCU movies later.

The story is straight forward enough. Initially we are led to believe that the villain of the piece is The Mandarin, played by Ben Kingsley (or so we presume), the terrorist threat with whom Iron Man goes up against. Half way through we are thrown a twist with the reveal that Kingsley is actually Tony Slattery, an actor in the employ of the real puppet master - Aldrich Lillian (As played by Guy Pearce) who is using the terrorist threat to cover his real agenda....Extremis.

Great action, Acting, Don Cheadle, Gwyneth Paltrow, Iron Man 3 is the best of the trilogy helping to solidify RDJ's status as founding player of this cinematic universe.
