Set in New York at Christmas time, this second chance romance will not disappoint. This clean romance has something for everyone, medical, cute kids and a dog. It’s well written and the characters are great. I’m loving the cute cover too.

Genuine, open and honest
Amazing insight into the medical profession and what junior doctors go through, and the impact that this has, both in and out of work. It has given me a new respect for everyone in the profession.

I liked this book because it was different to anything else I have read about Zombies. It comes from a completely different perspective; to be precise a medical journal.
Even though I knew this was a journal I still expected some more brutal Zombie action...as Zombies are brutal. There was little action in this but the artwork was nice and detailed.
To be completely honest, it became way too scientific for me which meant the majority of the explanations went over my head and it became boring fairly quickly.
If you're into Zombies strictly from a very medical/scientific point of view then definitely read this.

really enjoyable
The first season is amazing it has anything you could want out f a good medical drama:
- a quirky main character
-well developed secondary characters
-lots of gory medical scenes
and 1 thing you would want to see in any drama much character development
That being said like many other dramas and even movies and books the series falls at the hurdle of the second season.don't get me wrong the series is still watchable and good however it just for me at least loses its spark that you see in the first season. its really hard to pinpoint what is lacking but it is. if I had to say what brings this about id say that maybe if anything they set the bar to high in the first season. I mean how can you beat performing surgery in a train station?
Although yes the series does go downhill slightly it is still highly enjoyable and id recommend to anyone particularly for those with a love of medical dramas.

Come along with Dr. Sydnee McElroy and her husband Justin as they talk about the hilarious, and sometimes alarming, history of medical practices. The episodes are insightful and hilarious but st times can feel a bit slow. And, like with anything else, some topics are just more engaging than others.

Storyline
I absolutely love medical dramas so this show immediately interested me. The cast was amazing and portrayed their characters very well. One of the main characters, Conrad, is a very charming but arrogant doctor that is also very caring underneath his ego. You can't help but to love his character. The interactions between the doctors and patients are believable and add to the overall tone of the show. The show has the perfect balance of drama, intensity and comedy to keep it lighthearted. It is a very enjoyable show to watch. If medical dramas are your thing or if you just like a little bit of suspense with a dab of romance underneath then this might definitely be the show for you.

Fascinating and emotional TV
I never scroll through Netflix since I hate it so very much (I digress), but I did today so they got me.
I found this new very interesting and emotional docuseries about Dr. Lisa Sanders who writes a column called "Diagnosis" in the New York Times that she decided to take online to try and find a global "diagnosis" or answer for people with very rare and unusual medical conditions who are desperate and at the end of their rope to try and find answers.
Once published hundreds of responses pour in from both average people who maybe have been effected by a similar condition or their family has as well as various medical professionals spanning the globe with various replies. The results are then tabulated and discussed with the patient as far as possible treatment options.
The description sounds exploitative, but I don't believe it is. There is a disclaimer on the front of each episode saying everyone should consult their own medical professional before starting any treatment. The show is certainly made for entertainment, but also to inform and enlighten.
The result is gripping and emotional seeing those who have long suffered rare conditions and have been through the medical system only to be frustrated with a lack of treatments or even knowing what their condition is.
I cry during emotional commercials on television, so it doesn't take much for me to start balling. I was swept up in this show almost immediately even though I am only a few episodes in.
OK fine Netflix has one good show! 😜
