Hazel (2934 KP) rated For Reasons Unknown (DCI Matilda Darke, #1) in Books
Jan 12, 2018
What a great book and, hopefully, the first of a series of many involving DCI Matilda Darke and the fantastic cast of excellent supporting characters. Well written at a great and unrelenting pace, the story follows the investigation of a cold case and the, possible, link to a recent murder.

Can I say anything other than yum ?
As a person with a dairy allergen I dont often get mac n cheese. These recipies give me options though ! I LOVE that.

Hazel (2934 KP) rated The Loving Husband: You'd Trust Him with Your Life, Wouldn't You...? in Books
Jan 12, 2018
I have previously read one of Christobels novels - The Crooked House - which although I enjoyed I found it a confusing read and I felt the same way about The Loving Husband although there was less enjoyment with this one.

Hazel (2934 KP) rated The Last Girl in Books
Jan 12, 2018
I have to say that I am not a huge fan of post-apocalyptic books but I was drawn to this as I have read some of Mr Harts work before and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.

Hazel (2934 KP) rated The Two O'Clock Boy (DI Ray Drake, #1) in Books
Jan 12, 2018
This is the debut novel for Mark Hill and, I think, a successful one and I want to thank the publisher, Little, Brown Book Group UK, and NetGalley for my copy in return for an honest review which can be found on my blog ... Reading Stuff 'n' Things.
Hazel (2934 KP) rated The Art Teacher in Books
Jan 12, 2018
With an opening line of Patrick Owen managed seven years at Highfields Secondary School without punching a pupil in the face you just know this is going to be an interesting read and it doesnt disappoint.

Brilliant
I could watch this movie again and again. Rami Malek does a fantastic job as Freddy. I was and still am a big fan of queen, I feel it portrayed not only Freddy for who he really was but the n and as a whole and the love and friendship they all shared.
What a great thriller this is from start to finish but it most definitely isnt for the faint hearted. It all starts out so innocently with a happy couple making a road trip for the 4th July celebrations but who knew a spilt coffee could be the start of a nightmare that goes from bad to worse.
