The beginning put me off a bit--when they are killing all the people to claim the planet, and Fourteen's sudden change in behaviour...but fast forward to him landing at the new location and meeting Connell and I liked it.
It might have been Fourteen's learning to speak out loud after all the conversation being done mentally or his protectiveness of the baby, but he really grew on me.
I thought the relationship between him and Connell was really cute, especially the:
"Why do they do that with their lips?"
You'll know what I'm talking about when you get there.<br/><br/>However I'm not sure if I liked the end with the aging of the characters, especially with how short it is. I know it had to end somehow but I wasn't a fan.

UUGGHHHHHHH it should have been Daryn! (You will know what i mean when you read it) But that last round of chapters. Holy mother of mercury. I wanted to toss the book, stop reading, but then i was like i HAVE to finish i cannot just not finish. It was a action packed story that really hit you with the Horsemens bond. I liked their bond more then the relationship aspect that this book tried to produce. Those parts fell REALLY Flat for me. I wished there were more about the other horseman. Not 100% sure i want to read the next one only because its in the POV of my least favorite character in the book. Maybe ....we will see. But yeah this book was worth the slow begging :)

I found this movie to be good, but also kind of boring. The best part of it was Sebastian Stan and it's really because he looks hot in literally everything he does - even with a super creepy mustache. I also really loved Allison Janney. I think she's a phenomenal actress and I've been loving watching her work lately.
It's not that I didn't like Margot Robbie, it's more that I didn't love her. I think she's talented and she very obviously gives 100% to her work, I just wasn't obsessed with her. I don't know. The other thing that I didn't like was the CGI. I'm not sure if it could've been done better because I'm not in the industry (obviously), but I don't think it was as seamless as they wanted it to be. I liked that they tried to give you the close-ups because we don't often get that with stunts or things that the actors don't know how to do, but I almost would've preferred not seeing her face and it being seamless than seeing her face and it being what it was.
Overall, I think this film is a good watch. It's not a favorite but it's definitely not the worst thing I've seen. I could've gone without watching it and I was right to wait until it was available on digital instead of seeing it in theaters.

I really liked this movie! I was really surprised by the ratings from critics and other people, I thought it was super cute. Sure, it was predictable, but it was still a really cute movie. It had a few hidden gems in there - "Having someone help you doesn't mean you've failed. It just means you're not in it alone." I think that Josh Duhamel and Katherine Heigl are great together. I can't say enough good things!
Everyone knows that my reviews always have a favorite character - almost always a supporting character and in this film it was Janine. She was so funny and when she cried? I lost it. I loved this film. It's an easy watch, it's a cute rom-com, great for a night in with some wine and popcorn!

After reading this I'm not sure I get the story title but other than that I liked this.
It was polar opposites attracting; the popular guy and the girl who's different, the loner.
I liked how they both changed. The found hope and a reason to be better, to believe that they could become better with each other in their lives. Overcoming obstacles and the past to hope for a better future.
I kind of wish the ending had been a little longer but knowing that they finally stood up for each other and that Stella was actually giving college a chance was enough for me.
Another nice YA romance from Katie McGarry.

Thor number 1, great film. Thor The dark world, not everyones cup of tea (i liked it), Thor Ragnarok, this has everything the others missed and more.
Comedy, action, fight scenes, soundtrack, Cameos it had it all. Its highly recommended even if most of the film he is without Mjölnir( not a spoiler if you watch the trailers) Plus some of the fight scences are behond epic. Still not the best Marvel based film but up there thats for sure mainly because it had Loki, Dr Strange and the fire demon Surtur.

"I don't hate it, I don't love it. I don't like the writing style, I don't dislike the writing style. I'm not sure if I like it, but I can't seem to stop reading it. I'm very confused. Also, this book is giving me huge 'Alice in Wonderland' vibes!"
As you can see from the update I have copied and pasted, I wasn't quite sure what to think of Furthermore. In fact, I felt a bit like Alice, lost and confused, a bit stiff in what I like to read. I'm not certain if I should give Furthermore 3 stars or 4 stars; then again, I also wonder if I should give it 2 stars. I have never, in all my life, been so confounded. Even now, after having finished it and trying to come up with a review three days later, I'm left speechless. It wasn't "edge of your seat" exciting or "page turning" mysterious, but there's just something about the story that makes me refuse to say I didn't like it - even if I'm not quite sure I did. The story as a whole was pretty entertaining, though there moments I felt just as confused as Alice was and I didn't quite appreciate that (of course, that was most likely Tahereh's point). I would promise myself to stop at the next chapter, because as I read it, I wanted to stop. Yet, when the next chapter would come, I found myself unable to quit. I suppose you could say the magic of Furthermore wrapped itself around me and compelled me to finish the book.
Because I have never had such a reaction to a book before - and because I was actually excited at the prospect that there may be another book, what with the way this one ended - I think I'm going to give it a 3.5 rating. Because of my doubt, uncertainty, and unwillingness to decide if I truly liked it or not, I can't give it 4 stars. So, there you have it. Do what you can with the mess that lives inside my brain whenever I try to figure Furthermore out.
