It was a bit slow at the start and really confusing at the end. It left far too many things unexplained for my taste. Besides those, it was a good horror novel.

Alison Bechdel gives us a brutally honest look into her family's life after her father's death, which may have been suicide. It's painful, real, and beautifully drawn. I highly recommend this novel.

An excellent book! The language was a little difficult at times and the constant checking the glossary was a bit distracting but apart from that it was a great read. Classic novel.
