What a fantastic book!
I Loved Jody Hedlund's take on this classic fairytale. It was beautifully done, and really was not that similar to the original story which I enjoyed as the original is not my favorite. Both main characters were detailed and well laid out, with fun and interesting twists that kept me engaged. Highly recommend read this one if you like stories of love, hope, and finding who you are.

This was a very unique set of stories filled with lots of different twists and turns. A very diverse group of characters, that give everyone someone they can relate to. All of the books were fun stories, I do wish they were longer so we could get to know the characters more but they were still good :) Plus I found a couple new authors I like.

I read this while waiting for an appointment for my daughter and I must tell you that the people around my probably thought I had lost my mind as I found myself laughing out loud a couple of times. I loved how smoothly this retelling went, and the author truly took his time in making this a descriptive read which pulls you into the world of The Frog Prince. Readers of all ages will certainly enjoy this story.

Fantastic Read
I'm not quite sure why this book has received the ratings it has but that's the beauty of having an opinion. With that being said I will now share my thoughts and start my review by saying that I enjoyed reading this. I found the characters easy to relate to and able to see and experience the differences on each one. The author's writing made this retelling a fantastic read for me. -YA/NA Book Divas

A cracking good book. I'm not one for autobiographies much but I needed a break from my usual genre and How To be Champion was the perfect book to choose. It was funny, witty and full of no fucks.

I found myself laughing so much during the read of this book and I thought Sarah's ability to take the piss out of herself while not giving a rats arse was brilliant. We need more people who can do that - people who are so unbothered by other people's opinions.

Hats off to you Sarah. Champion book.

Such a cute series of books!!
I always love going back to cross roads (each series is a stand alone) but they all have interconnections if that makes sense :)
Each of these Authors brings a unique story to the table, they all have different ways of showing emotions, character mentalities, and creative stories. I truly enjoy reading their stories and connecting with their characters.
I recommend putting this series on your To Be Read list.

A great collection of stories !
There is something for everyone in this collection of immigrant brides, Irish, Cajun, British, Spanish... This was awesome learning some things I didn't know before. Plus I found a couple authors that I had not read before. I would definitely recommend putting this on your summer TBR pile. It is a great read to take you lots of places and times without ever having to leave your front door.

What can I say but Yummmmmmm
The beer battered Zucchini tacos are probably my favorite, but then I haven't tried over half the book yet, so who know that could change. I loved how easy theses recipes were to follow and that they came out looking like the book. It was a very easy step by step process and I have already recommended the book to a couple of friends ... plus bought the book for my self.

I loved the collection of recipes in this book.
They look and sound so yummy and I loved the adjustments at the end of the book for bigger crowds. That's something I have always struggled with when going to bigger gatherings. The stories wove in are special to, its like looking at other peoples memories and being right there when it happened. I truly enjoyed this book and have purchase a physical copy as well.

"I was so caught up in that book and when I got off the bus I was beside myself. The book just wrecked me. I was like twenty-four years old. All that stuff with the tiger. People have a lot of opinions about Conroy, but that book is very, very moving. I remember being incredibly upset and moved and I had to go to work in two hours. It screwed me up so bad. All I could think about was this damn book, and I had to play this impressionable kid who could really give a shit about reading books."
