Good but could be better
I primarily use this as a food diary to help keep track of my macros for keto, but it isn't ideal for that purpose because of how it tracks carbs. It is a great basic app but if you want to really get down to calculating gram that goes into your diet you may want to look for a different app. It can also be a pain to create recipes. Still for what it is, and the price its good, and I would recommend it to the casual eater/dieter.

This is the first book in this series by this author. This is an amazing book, I was hooked from the first page and I couldn't put this book down till I'd finished it. This is a beautiful story with heart breaking moments. The characters are fantastic. This book is a roller coaster of emotions through out the book. This is a story about love, pain, sacrifice and choices we make. I can't wait to read more from this author in the future.
Highly recommended
I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

This is the second part in this series by this author. After reading the first book, I couldn't wait for this book and it did not disappoint one bit. This book is a story of pain, fear and love. The characters are still as amazing as in the first book. The secondary characters brought so much to this story. Another fantastic read by this amazing author. I can't wait to read more from them in the future.

Minister's wife Aggie Wilcox-Sloan gets roped into serving on the committee for the Emerald Springs Idyll, a local charity talent show to raise money for a hospital wing. But celebrity judge Grady Barber is a royal pain in the neck. Someone else agrees when they kill him. This book took too long to get to the murder, but once it did, things picked back up. And I absolutely love these characters.

Holy hell. I made myself read this slowly because I knew how much it would hurt. I was not disappointed. Cassandra Clare did an outstanding job in tearing my heart to shreads. Thank you for the pain. I can proudly say that I cried a lot because of this book. This was a beautiful end to a magnificent series. I am glad to have been a part of Clary and her friends' journeys. Thank you again, Cassandra Clare, for giving us readers such an amazing world to disappear into.

I enjoyed this book more than Chance's Cassie Palmer novels set in the same universe. While I think I would have twigged to some bits more quickly if I had paid more attention to the earlier trilogy, this novel does stand alone (mostly). The references you don't get aren't truly necessary to understand the characters and the plot.

I did get rather annoyed at the characters who brought pain to themselves because of making too many assumptions about people around them, but I suppose poor communication skills are very common, even in fantasy worlds.

It's certainly not a small book by any means, but surprisingly none of those 992 pages really felt like they drew on longer than they needed to. I will say Felurian's bit made me mildly uncomfortable from time to time though, but Kvothe's time in Adem made up for it. I will say if you're not looking for 992 pages of quality fantasy, it may not be the book for you, but if you're up for adventure with a splash of drama and pain then it'll be a fun, but long, read.

The Lament Configuration, that little box of pain and misfortune along with the cenobites had me at hello back in the day when this was released as it satisfied my horror fix and was certified X rated, which could be seen as a little heavy handed nowadays.
This film explores many subjects including sadism and sex and Clive Barker interweaves these wonderfully with gore and creepiness and pinhead the leader of the cenobites became a cult character that helped spawn many sequels, although I hear they never reach the heights of this classic.

Mary Anne only stops being a doormat because she fears the wrath of K. Ron Hubbard. Check.

An older woman, who presumably has been living by herself for quite a while, breaks her ankle and just...lays around waiting for someone to hear her yelling? I'm going to pretend that she just passed out from the pain, woke up and figured she'd call out before moving her ass so a neighboring cat wouldn't eat her face.

The sexism b-plot with Nicky and Buddy was kinda nice, though.
