The Art of Dying
Very interesting book which looks at the experiences of those who have been around people who are dying and all the strange experiences that are seemingly commonplace. The books purpose is to teach that death is not to be feared and to stop stressing in life as we are only here for a short while. After reading it I am sure in life after death. These are academics whom have researched global experiences and all report people who have died visiting people who are dying before they go and taking them with them. A brilliant book you can learn a lot from.

"[Laughs.] Yeah, I mean, all these things obviously exist to some extent, but this was just, “Here are people.” And these are four main kids who are sort of just making their first forays into romance and what it means to be young men and young women. It doesn’t talk down to them, it doesn’t assume things. It all sort of flows from within these young people and from the actors themselves, and it has a humanity that I don’t think has been achieved before or after in depictions of people that age. So I always thrust it on our students, especially young Latino students who don’t see a whole lot of depictions of themselves in American movies."

Directed by James Mangold (Walk The Line, The Wolverine), Le Mans ’66 is a movie that I’d been looking forward to since being teased with the trailer a few months ago, this 2h 32min movie is certainly one that had me glued right from the start of the Public Cineworld Secret Screening and it seems to have done the same with many of the people that packed into the Cineworld in Broughton, only 6 people walked out, but this is all part of the secret screenings, we usually have people doing the same in the Cineworld Unlimited Secret Screenings if it’s not the film they were expecting or have no interest in, their loss on this one.

These two novels are always being compared to each other, so I'm curious which people who have read both prefer?

Overall a great book! I think I would recommend people to read this first before the series. Watching the series first kind of made it a tad boring for me.

Not a bad sequel to the original film, this time a crew of people go back to try and get the contents of the vault. Good cast and story line.
