Powerful Drama based on real events
A dark drama based on true events of police brutality in Detroit in the late 60's. The cast is very good. The story is fascinating, even more so based on true events. For that reason disturbing and shocking. It's a little long but well worth your time for a story that will stay with you long after the credits.

The Tri-County fair is in full swing and Hannah is acting as judge in the baked goods contest. But when her fellow judge is murdered, Hannah begins digging for clues. It's always nice to see these characters again. Hannah did get on my nerves when she wouldn't share clues with the police, however.

Santa being just a little bad for the right reasons. A police cash and reindeer on the loose. As Santa and a sibling duo race to save Christmas. Throw in some seriously cute and well trained elves and you have a family movie night that will be filled laughs and and heartfelt years. Repeat offender
This is one of the films I put on as a background noise and is instantly quotable. A fun take on the macho tough guy cop movies that focuses on the less heroic but equally useful roles in the police force. Will Ferrell is always a force of extreme comedy and Mark Wahlberg tries to play it serious but complements the relationship with Will.
