Stylistically excellent, but at quite a slow pace. I would have liked to have seen more bad guys taken down by hacking evidence passed to the police (like a geeky Dexter). Overall very good with some twists and turns. The least charismatic main character ever but it somehow works.

Rolling Stone's 323rd greatest album of all time
A strong album by The Police, including the hits Every Little Thing She Does is Magic and Spirits in the Material World. The rest of the album is in keeping with the Police's trademark style, making this a good solid listen.

The young child actors playing the 5 accused. (0 more)
I went into watching this having never heard of the incident that this series was based on.After finishing watching it i was looking it up online to know more about it.

Some great acting especially by the young kids who played the accused, they played the scenes where they were forced into giving confessions by the police amazingly.A good supporting cast as well (John leguizamo..vera farmiga) made this show a pleasure to watch.Leaves you thinking at the end just how violent and racist the police were back in that time and how far they were prepared to go to get a confession.

Must see TV drama at it's best.

This is the 11th instalment in the saga that is Tom Thorne; a fantastic, interesting and unorthodox police officer wonderfully created by Mark Billingham and I want to thank my local library for lending me a copy at no cost :)

I enjoyed this book! It hooks you in the beginning and keeps you, even through all the procedures of the police work on the cases, and takes you through Cat’s feelings of guilt and doubt. I was surprised at the results of the case and felt that the end was satisfying. Good read!
