Each of your clone commandos had different special abilities enabling them to help aid you in your quest in different ways at different times.

Every mission was different and presented you with alternative challenges and objectives. Lots of fun even replayed today.

Cute story
This is a cute game, however, it takes a long time to get anything done. Basically, it's read the quest, set your characters to do it, then wait 4 hours. There's very little time spent playing at one time.
