Captivating Premise, But Failure On Delivery
The Enemy Within is a drama tv series created by Ken Woodruff with executive producers Mark Pellington and Vernon Sanders. It was produced by 82nd West and Universal Television and distributed by NBC Universal Television Distribution. The series stars Jennifer Carpenter, Morris Chestnut, Raza Jaffrey, and Kelli Garner.

In 2015, when Russian terrorist Mikhail Vassily Tal threatens her daughter, Erica Shepard, CIA Deputy Director of Operations, is forced to reveal the names of four agents. Erica is arrested by FBI Agent Will Keaton when the agents are killed, sentenced to 15 life sentences and labeled one of America's most notorious traitors. Agent Keaton is ordered to bring Shepherd out of confinement to help with stopping and capturing Tal and his network of spies when Tal strikes again three years later.

This show was very captivating with it's pilot episode and it's premise, however it seemed very much ordinary despite the good acting and performances from pretty good actors. I kept waiting for it to get better but it never really did. I think other similar shows are probably better or worth the time instead of this one. Maybe Blindspot or Blacklist or even FBI. It's a shame too because it was starting to grow on me when towards the end of the season the characters were really coming into their own in their quest to get the bad guy. Also it got cancelled after first season. I give it a (5/10).

Do you like books? Well, you probably do if you are reading this…..
Misty M. Beller has become one of my favorite authors over the last year as I have kept up with her new books and gone back and read her previous books. In each one she creates this beautiful connection between the reader and her characters that is phenomenal. Faith’s Mountain Home is a bit of a different focus than most of Misty M. Beller’s other books in that the characters do not travel all over the west, they mainly stay in a mining town. But after learning a bit about the main characters of this book in the last one Loves Mountain Quest I was really excited to learn more about Nate and Lauren and Misty M. Beller did not disappoint. Both Lauren and Nate showed great growth as individuals and their faith really showed through. I enjoyed the themes that Misty M. Beller wove into this story as they were realistic and had real life applications. Plus, the storyline hooked my interest with the opening line “Just a little farther. Laura Hannon dared another step on the rock ledge that wrapped around the mountain.” It was a great start and the momentum kept going throughout the book.

Overall, I give this book 5 out of 5 stars for the great character development, the themes presented, the the great display of faith throughout this book.

*I volunteered to read this book in return for my honest feedback. The thoughts and opinions expressed within are my own.

The Monster Inside
The Curse of Frankenstein- is a great movie. Hammer films is a excellent studio, cause their brought back the universal monsters and put their own spin on it. And with The Curse of Frankenstein their put their own spin on Frankenstien. And did it work, yes.

The plot: Victor Frankenstein (Peter Cushing) is a brilliant scientist willing to stop at nothing in his quest to reanimate a deceased body. After alienating his longtime friend and partner, Paul Krempe (Robert Urquhart), with his extreme methods, Frankenstein assembles a hideous creature (Christopher Lee) out of dead body parts and succeeds in bringing it to life. But the monster is not as obedient or docile as Frankenstein expected, and it runs amok, resulting in murder and mayhem.

It was Hammer's first colour horror film, and the first of their Frankenstein series.

Professor Patricia MacCormack called it the "first really gory horror film, showing blood and guts in colour".

Peter Cushing, who was then best known for his many high-profile roles in British television, had his first lead part in a movie with this film. Meanwhile, Christopher Lee's casting resulted largely from his height (6' 5"), though Hammer had earlier considered the even taller (6 '7") Bernard Bresslaw for the role.

Unlike the Universal Frankenstein series of the 1930s and 1940s, in which the character of the Monster was the recurring figure while the doctors frequently changed, it is Baron Frankenstein that is the connective character throughout the Hammer series, while the monsters change.

Its a excellent film.

A good introduction to the game (2 more)
Great and friendly community that is overall very helpful to new players (sprouts)

A neccesary evil
A Realm Reborn (ARR) is undoubtably the weakest section of the game. It feels slow, with very little really happening for quite a while...

However, this base expansion(?) lays the foundation so that the later expansions can thrive.

Think of ARR as season one. This 'season' is an introduction to the world, the characters, the game mechanics... all that jazz. It's doing all the important boring things now so that all the cool fun things that it does later on are less confusing.

Personally, I actually enjoyed playing ARR - and that was before the recent (kind of?) patch wiped a bunch of quests to make it a better experience.

There's no need to rush through this story! Take your time and enjoy it, that's what I did!

I only started to get fed up with ARR when I had to do the 100 quest-line arc pre-Heavensward (HW). Good luck with that by the way! Heavensward is great, so push through because it is totally worth it!

Hopefully this was helpful or at the very least entertaining!

If you are thinking about joining the wonderful community of ffxiv, then consider playing the free trial! It doesn't have a time limit and let's you play all through ARR and HW without having to worry about paying for the sub.
