Psych You Out Again
Yes, another cop show... but with a twist. I’ll be honest, I was worried because this show was made during the same time other law enforcement shows were big. What could possibly make this show unique?
Well, it’s a quirky tv show that has good clean humor. Although, if you don’t like the 80’s, you won’t like the jokes. It was a clever fun show that I greatly enjoyed.
Although it had the cliche young man who needs to grow up as the main character, his need to get out of trouble with the law creates an opportunity for him to use the skills his dad trained him with. Being highly observant has never before been so fun.

Celebrity gossip fans, reality TV fans, and of course mystery fans are going to love Maizie Albright. She is determined, quirky, and lots of fun. A former child actor who played a detective on TV, Maisie returns home to Black Pine, Georgia seeking an apprenticeship with a real private investigator. Will Maisie be able to convince her unwilling mentor that shes more than a hollywood has-been? Full of humor and romance, this is a great start to a new series.

MissCagey (2652 KP) rated A Bigger Splash (2016) in Movies

A somewhat odd movie which I kept watching as I wanted to see what happened but then when it ended it dawned on me that in actual fact nothing much did happen! It's beautifully filmed, the characters are quirky, there's suspense and a feeling that something or someone is about to crack but by the end I did feel that I'd watched two hours of not much, the time could have been greatly reduced. I didn't understand why Marianne didn't ask Paul whether he'd slept with Penelope and Paul did not ask Marianne whether she'd slept with Harry? Also the Police investigation was over within seconds despite two of the characters having injuries? Some things just weren't explained and didn't feel realistic.
Having read ÒMe Before YouÓ and cried, ÒAfter YouÓ and laughed, I was heavily anticipating how this third novel would make me feel. It follows our hapless heroine Louisa Clark to New York and a job assisting the uber-rich Gopniks. Lou is in a new city, with a new life but trying to maintain a long-distance relationship with her English boyfriend. Putting her lead character in all manner of new situations, Moyes shows the quirky, humorous side of Louisa balanced with her optimism and charm. The big question is, will Louisa Clark finally find happiness and live happily ever after? This is bound to be made into a movie, grab your tissues and read all three books first.
