"Let the Sunshine In, 2017, Claire Denis “comedy.” I have comedy in quotes. [Laughs] Starring the always fascinating Juliette Binoche as a Parisian artist who’s kind of looking for love in all the wrong places. And it’s kind of a sister film to Claire Denis’ film Friday Night from 2002. But in this one, Binoche inhabits a very complex character who is not entirely self-aware. I found myself laughing at many subtle moments – her misjudgments and misadventures. It also includes some great characters also portrayed by Alex Descas, Valeria Bruni Tedeschi, and Gerard Depardieu in a great scene at the end."

We all wear Masks..metaphorically speaking.
If you haven't seen it yet, shame on you!

Jim Carrey offers up his legendary goofy antics in this portrayal of the dark horse comics character, Stanley Ipkiss aka The Mask.
Filled with unforgettable scenes and quotes that are still used by everyday people, The Mask was a hit with audiences of all ages with the characters over the top green faced expressions and ridiculous costumes that followed.
Although not as dark as it's comic book material, the movie is an old gem that's still tickling those funny bones.

Deadly Sins
What to say about a movie that turns you inside out and makes you look at yourself in a different light. The movie focuses around a serial killer (Kevin Spacy) who is all about the seven deadly sins. We see two detectives (Freeman and Pitt) trying to solve them only to realize that the killer is targeting people who have committed of the the seven sins. The ending of this movie is morbid and frightening even though we can figure out "What's in the Box" which in the manner it is said made it into AFI's top 100 quotes ever and for good reason.

Kenny Luck began collecting quotations by Henry David Thoreau in 2006, as a college student. He became inspired by them, and decided to share Thoreau's inspirational words with the world.

There are quotes for everyone in Thumbing Through Thoreau, each one addressing something specific and important, but able to relate to many aspects of life. Some are clever and witty, others are simple truths that we often need to remind ourselves.

The beautiful illustrations combined with the artistic way the words have been printed and formatted create an enjoyable and inspirational way to consume Thoreau's best words.

I received this book on NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This book was just what I was needing. I have been reading many dark and depressing novels so when I had a chance to read this book, I knew it was fate. Life in the Sloth Lane is a book that has adorable sloths and some good inspirational quotes. It was almost like I wasmeditating when I was reading. It calmed me down, made me smile and I even learned new facts about sloths.

If you enjoy sloths, need some time just to breathe, and like learning something new, this is the book for you. Seriously, it is adorable.
