I'm so glad that the entire run of Sif's Journey into Mystery was compiled into one graphic novel. Thor is gone for some of the issues, so she deals with problems that normally Thor would take care of. Sif becomes a berserker to become a better warrior, but the catch is the rage associated with it.
Overall, a good and quick read.

The hardcover debut wasn't quite up to par. Madeline and crew are catering the wrap party for the new foodie TV game show that is all the rage. It just didn't mesh quite as well as the others for me. Still, an enjoyable enough book but could have been better.

"I went to a school like the one depicted in this film for a year of my life and that was enough—any longer and I too might have resorted to revolution! Even though this film is so specifically about boys in a British public school, it hits so many themes that are relatable to anyone: adolescence, lust, rage, and rebellion. Plus, the dream sequence in the café is so fun!"

I loved this as there is nothing like a woman scourned although turns out really she is a plain sociopath!
It is a long film and i'm sure there could have been bits cut etc etc, however it definitely is WORTH a watch thoroughly enjoyed it however left with a massive rage at the ending!

WOW is all I can say.. what a perfect ending to a seriously evil, beautiful, heart wrenching, loving, torturous book!? This series will make you feel everything.. from rage to love. I couldn't get enough and as hard as the last four books were to read, this one made it all worth it. LOVED this series- and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who loves a dark, dark read! Im still just blown away... incredible!

WOW- what an ending!? This book was so much more than I expected.. it answered so many questions and took this entire story to a whole new sick and twisted level!? LOVED it! I was a roller coaster of emotions.... furious with rage, ripping with jealousy and in the end, I bawled my eyes out when I finally learned of their fate. HIGHLY recommended dark read!!! Diving right into the next book for Caleb's POV!

"Yeezus is probably one of the best albums ever made. I’m on the Kanye train. I think he is one of the main modern geniuses of our generation. I think that album especially is full of so much rage, and experimentation, and courage. I just think that if every rapper had that much courage, we would have the greatest generation of music of all time. I just think he is taking risks that not everybody are taking."

Superb follow-up African fantasy
The follow-up to Rage of Dragons follows Tau and his sword-brothers as they seek to take back control of their country after its civil uprising and invasion by the less civilised former inhabitants of Xidda.
I had my misgivings about reading this second book as I had some issues with "Rage ...", finding the first two thirds really quite a slog. My love of the final third, where all the action was, really made my mind up. I am so glad I decided to read this book as it is truly superb. It has been a long time since a book kept me up reading at night, normally my eyes go quite quickly. Not so here, I was reading for over an hour at times.
The book is a nonstop thrill, every page either filled with action, strategy or concise dialogue that moves the plot along. There is simply no filler material at all.
I received a free copy in advance from the publishers and netgally in exchange for an honest review

"My parents’ convictions, when it came to discipline, were not very strong. For my bar mitzvah, I gave out a mixtape of ’90s grunge — if you got it now, you would think it was the Singles soundtrack. And the last song on it was “Freedom” by Rage Against the Machine, which has a minute of Zack de la Rocha screaming, “Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me!” Suspended, instantly. Hebrew day school. They’re all up in your biz."

"My favorite film of the eighties. Maybe Marlon Brando in Last Tango in Paris and Robert De Niro in Raging Bull can compare with Bob Hoskins’s performance here, but very few others can. Who else could have fully mined the depths of unrequited love and authentic heartbreak while wearing a pair of glittery, heart-shaped sunglasses? Who else could have so completely personified the rage, hope, humor, pathos, and cruel decency at the heart of Neil Jordan’s dreamy masterpiece? No one. Absolutely no one."
