One of my best reads in 2019!
If you haven't read this book, or can only refer it to the movie... Go read this now!
From the minute I started reading I could not stop. Such a light hearted yet gripping book about teenagers with CF. I learned so much terminology that goes with CF too. There was tears and laughter... It was a beautiful read.

Rowling does it best!
Ah... I do love the Harry Potter books! I read this one when I was a teen, then recently re-read it to my own children - and it was every bit as great to read it now (as a thirty-something year old adult) as it was originally. That in itself is testament to Rowling's ability to spin a compelling yarn, and her characterisation is wonderful. No wonder we all love it so much...

I'm not sure what I was expecting out of this book, but it wasn't what I was thinking it was going to be. It was interesting, and I did like it, more or less. I liked it a lot more right after I read it, but thinking back now... It wasn't that great. I'll still definitely read the sequel, because I want to know what happens next, well, and I got the book for $3 at Barnes and Noble.

Never read a memoir type book before, but now I think I will get more. This book was both sad and hilarious at the same time. There was a few lines in there and moments where I laughed out loud and had to re-read because I thought it was hilarious. Now, that being said, most of the book was quite sad (to the person reading it) I mean I don't think she found her life to be upsetting until she got old enough to know better, but man, that was an awesome read.

Wonderful story

I am a lover of civil war books both fiction and non-fiction. This book now rates at one of my top favorite books. I couldn't put it down and now I can't wait to read the next one in this series!!

"I bought this in an airport because it had an orange cover. I read it by accident because all the movies sucked on my flight to NYC. Now l have my college-aged daughter reading it because the guy is so clever. That's all."

I read this illustrated version, as I'd only previously read the text version. It seemed shorter, and some parts appeared incomplete or not fully explained, I now need to read the text version again! The illustrations are quite lavish, but Kirby has difficulty drawing Death's head as it seems to be a weird shape, almost as if he has another head behind the skull under his cloak. Still worth a read, but it's not one of Sir Terry's best

"Once there was a tree...and she loved a little boy."

The most heartwarming, loving story ever written. I grew up having this book read to me, then I read it over and over to myself, and now I read it to all the littles in my life. Life just makes more sense with this book in it. It's a love story to nature, a lesson on kindness and selfishness, and just an overall amazing story. Love.

Stephen King always managed to draw me into his books. But with this one I was totally hooked and it was on my mind long after I finished reading it. The idea of going back in time to potentially change something so huge, it stays with you! I've read this book 3 times now and will undoubtedly read a lot more!
