5 DNFS

My favourite book of the month was Come Home Katie by J.R. Erickson this was an ARC read and I absolutely loved it.

My least favourite was The Taking by Dean Koontz I don’t know how I made it to the end!

My DNFS were at 5 this month which was better than last month! I DNFd my first arc too which is something I never do!

Book of the month Come Home Katie

I was lucky enough to read 3 Arcs this month and Come home Katie was the best by far!

The footnotes hold some of the most interesting bits of information
300 years of history painstakingly explored
I'm not a non-fiction reader but this book was amazing. It's definitely an ambitious one, challenging itself to cover the entire 300 years of Romanov rule in Russia and managing to do justice to every era.

This is the fourteenth book in this series by this author. These books can be read as stand alone reads. This is a fantastic and hot and steamy addition to the series. I just couldn't put this book down, the story just sucked me in till the last page. I can't wait to read more from this author and in this series in the future.
Highly recommended

I enjoyed these three books. They are very quick reads. The only thing I had an issue with was the repetitive parts. Those who have read the previous books would know what is happening with the girls. Also, there were two missing quotation marks, but that is just something that irritates me no matter what book it is. Other than that, it was a pretty fun read.

One of my best reads in 2019!
If you haven't read this book, or can only refer it to the movie... Go read this now!
From the minute I started reading I could not stop. Such a light hearted yet gripping book about teenagers with CF. I learned so much terminology that goes with CF too. There was tears and laughter... It was a beautiful read.
