If I could reread the labryinth this would be it. A retelling that isn't a retelling. The characters are all hinting at a connection but still strong on their own. The fight for her sister while fighting both herself and the goblin king draw you in. A tragic love story you just can't put down.

Excellent for devoted fans!
This books is a great retelling of events from Edward's perspective. It's very enlightening and adds a perspective to the earlier books that simply doesn't exist without this book. And for that purpose, the book is great. But at the same time, that's exactly what it feels like at the end of the day, a retelling.

this is a retelling of the polar bear king. where a girl must live with the prince(who was turned into a bear, but only during the day) and not find out he is human for a year. she ruins it then must travel to the end of the worlds to find and rescue him. it's a great retelling and I enjoyed the added aspects of God's.
