Wow...just wow. I read so many reviews of this book and they seemed to be a bit mixed, I almost didn't grab this book to read and I'm glad I gave it chance. Amazing. You have one friend who is dead, one who went to prison and one trying to get to the truth. This book will take you on a journey...and when you get to the end...wholly moly, look out! I enjoyed the journey this book took me on (it is possible for some a few scenes may be too gruesome) but all in all I loved this book and highly suggest it.

Warning: This is an outright comedy
Before I read any reviews on this film, I thought it was a thriller, and the trailer sold it as a sort of Gone-Girl-Girl-on-the-Train-esque film. Then I read one review, which warned that it was comedy, and the comedic elements outweighed everything else.
Anna Kendrick's character is slightly insufferable for me in the beginning, the 'mommy vlogger', but she was a perfect contract to Blake Lively's character. Henry Golding was great, and I didn't mind looking at him for nearly 2 hours.
The end was bananas, and not in a particularly good way, because it was messy. On the bright side, this is the first Paul Feig movie I'll be able to watch again.

I didn't think this was a comedy either!

Right! I'm glad I read the review from Birth.Movies.Death or I think I would have been really annoyed not to have had a warning that it was a comedy.

This was quite a strange book to get into but once I did I really enjoyed it. I thought the author did a very good job at writing from the view point of an autistic boy.
This is kind of like 2 stories in one in the sense that the theme changes part way through, it flowed quite well, not perfect but it kept my interest. The diagrams were a great idea, however, occasionally I did find them a bit distracting and irritating.
This book was popping up on my GR home page quite a lot with many mixed reviews so I thought I would give it a go and borrow it from my local library. I'm glad I did!

The final book. If you have read my other reviews of this series I have suggested that you read the gold unicorn first and then the black unicorn, because that was what I did. However this one you need to save for last. Tanaquil broken hearted has to heal and of course isn’t getting that from her mom (thanks Warabex said with dripping sarcasm). And even though she is angry throughout The series Tanaquil wasn’t bitter. This amazing book about Tanaquil’s continuing journey of self discovery is the perfect ending. Peeve gets more self aware and how can you not love this little pet peeve! It is a journey that is needed no matter how much your perspective changes with a message that you should never forget.

My favourite book of 2018
Well I brought this book as heard so so many good reviews, like most books I try not to read spoilers as I enjoy the surprise! ..I was not disappointed I took it on holiday to Mexico and sat by the pool all day turning page after page ..the only disappointment I got was when I finished it!

It’s a strange feeling when your climbing deep into a book , thinking you know the characters well then ‘bang’ you don’t know them at all. It’s such a gorgeous love story but with twists I was not expecting I felt all sorts of emotions all the way through.

I will be reading more of Katherine’s books she is very talented

Ghost Rider and Nick Fury
The plot: When erudite black playwright Andrew Sterling (Samuel L. Jackson) moves to a predominantly white suburb, the buffoonish local police surround his home, assuming he's a burglar. To avoid a scandal, unscrupulous Chief Tolliver (Dabney Coleman) conscripts low-rent criminal Amos Odell (Nicolas Cage) to break in and take Sterling hostage. But Amos and Andrew soon realize Tolliver has no plans to let either survive, so they must put their differences aside and work together to get out alive.

This movie is funny as hell, both Nicolas Cage and Samuel L Jackson are excellent. Also Brad Dourif is funny in this movie.

I dont why this film got bad reviews because it is great. A highly reccordmend movie.

This book is a modern adaptation of Jane Austen’s Persuasion. I was very excited when I heard about this book as Persuasion is my favorite of her novels, thank you to Touch My Spine Book Reviews for turning me onto this book! I loved seeing these characters come to life in a new light. I thought the setting was interesting and worked very well in adapting it into a modern time. I must say though that my favorite parts of the book were where it diverged from its source material and made something new. It was certainly successful in taking its inspiration from Austen but also did a great job of creating something interesting and unique. This is a fun romance story that I would definitely recommend.

I received this book for free from Publisher in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.
Brewer’s latest book is so different from his past works - but it's just as good (with so many good quotes to boot). The Blood Between Us delves into topics that many of us have dealt with or are currently dealing with - identity and self-discovery, while also dealing with adoption and a sibling rivalry.

Amusing
I am a massive fan of zombie movies... from the Hollywood produced to the (pun intended) z-rated produced in someone’s back garden. So I am rarely disappointed by a movies content. I had already seen many reviews reminding viewers not to get their hopes up about this one, so I went in without expectations.
I was pleasantly surprised with this film. Yes they continued the tried and tested format from the first movie, but it worked. And giggle I did! It was a light and entertaining movie. I’m glad they managed to get the original cast members on board, but you can see where they have aged, some more significantly than others. Good little all rounder
