Oh my god!! If you have not picked this up and you like fantasy novels, do it right now. Stop what you are doing and read this book!!! It is full of badassery, not too much romantic stuff, and magic. In the battle to find out which person will be crowned the King's Champion, lots of mystery and intrigue happens to our main heroine, Celaena Sandorthien. What is even cooler about this, there are pronunciation guides in the back of the book (at least in the paperback edition). I can't wait to start on the next one!!

I absolutely loved this book. Brandy is one of the best characters I've come across in a while. She's funny, and extremely realistic. Jer her love interest, is a great addition to the story. He has everything going for him in a way that makes him extremely dreamy. He also has just enough flaws to keep him from outshining the other characters.
If you are interested in a romantic comedy featuring a late bloomer, then this is definitely a book you should pick up.

young couple sam & molly are in the middle of starting their lives together in their new home, when they are attacked one night resulting in Sam's death.
After sam refuses to move on, now having unfinished business, he begins Looking for answers. In need of help, sam meets a spiritualist fraud who terrifyingly (yet hilariously) discovers she has the gift.

This romantic/comedy/thriller manages to perfectly mix the dark and light tones of the movie, with edge of your seat, heart pounding moments.

Starring Patrick swayze, Demi Moore and Woopi Goldberg and Tony Goldwyn.

I am likely in the minority here, but I did not enjoy the new adaptation of Emma. The screenplay had poor dialogue. The only scene that fully worked was the climactic scene where Emma is revealed to be mindlessly cruel. I felt that once Mr Knightly and Emma realized that they were a good match (only a spoiler if you haven't read Emma, seen Emma, or seen Clueless), there were unnecessary subplots to get in the way and lead to a second resolution. I knew Emma was a matchmaker, but who knew Mr. Woodhouse was the real mastermind of romantic entanglements?
