Anne Tyler's 20th novel is a touching family saga, told backwards. You can read my review here https://tcl-bookreviews.com/2015/02/03/a-home-for-ties-that-bind/

Slow and mostly ineffective, coupled with some problematic stereotypes, The Phantom Menace was a disappointing reintroduction into the Star Wars saga, but it's the one we got:

Completely hooked! Thankfully it's an 11 book saga!
The first of an 11 book saga. Hooked from the start. I felt a connection with Keira (the main character), and shared emotions with her. It's very important to be able to feel what the characters are going through and the Author has done this very well.
It's paranormal, it's romance, and it's horror. Its a surprisingly great combination!
