Have the exact same opinion from when I first saw it, it's fun and has its share of scary moments but holy hell is it also exhausting and conventional. Very handsomely made with a lot of visual personality (it's impossible for Wan to make a bad film simply because of how damn good they look) but otherwise short on nuance and running about fifteen minutes too lengthy. I mean this was practically made for normies to love but otherwise in terms of its acclaim even at the time, I don't really get it? I can't stress enough how much this did for modern horror as we know it and I of course applaud it for that, but I think most people were just shocked that a high-grossing studio horror movie could be shot and acted well back then imo. Putting aside the fact that they're real-life bullshit artists, the Warrens depicted here are just about as bland as can be - for me this whole affair just doesn't have the verve or the flavor of Wan's 𝘐𝘯𝘴π˜ͺπ˜₯π˜ͺ𝘰𝘢𝘴. His playfulness and the entire cast's conviction help ultimately sell this for me even in spite of its austerity; the moments when this feels like a rustic haunted house joyride make it work but the rest it of mostly *strains* man come on this shit is so beyond familiar territory even by this point. Fine, but could have been better.

House on Haunted Hill- is one of the best horror movies of all time. Its terrorfying, horrorfying, scary, spooky, terrorfying and more.

The Introduction by Vincent Price is perfect, he introduces the movie and tells us the viewer what were going to witness. Vincent Price's spooky and creepy introduction is terrorfying.

The Plot: Rich oddball Frederick Loren (Vincent Price) has a proposal for five guests at a possibly haunted mansion: Show up, survive a night filled with scares and receive $10,000 each. The guest of honor is Loren's estranged wife, Annabelle (Carol Ohmart), who, with her secret lover, Dr. Trent (Alan Marshal), has concocted her own scheme to scare Loren's associate, Nora Manning (Carolyn Craig), into shooting the potentially crazy millionaire. But more spooks and shocks throw a wrench into the plan.

The film is in the public domain.

The film was remade as the 1999 film House on Haunted Hill, which had a 2007 sequel titled Return to House on Haunted Hill. The 1999 film was released to middling reviews but was a box office success, while the 2007 sequel was direct-to-video and widely panned. Dont watch those films.

In 2017, another remake is in development and a prequel to the original film, which the latter will be written by Castle's daughter Terry Castle. That will be intresting if it happens.

I would highly reccordmend this movie.

Bottle and Stick is a cute tale about glue. Children will enjoy this as a way to learn about the two different kinds of glue. This tale tells about how to use glue. The things that Bottle and Stick know through their new friends from the night before school starts. This book also can prepare your child or children for school as the first of school can be scary. Just see what happens to Bottle and Stick when they start school for the first time.

They are put out and worried about what might happen to them. Maybe this will help teach children about the glue rules and perhaps even make all things better. Doing things together and sticking together may be an excellent way to help a friend out.

This book is a unique way to show how the glue implies made for some crafts and what the other glue stick implies made for simple crafts. Both work well for arts and crafts. Children of all ages enjoy playing with glue. This book is good for the classroom and your child or children's bookshelves.

Parents could use this to help teach youngsters about the glue rule of how to use the glue. They could also prepare them for the school with the way Bottle glue and glue sticks are for different things. I do enjoy the fact that this is shown through the eyes of glue.
