Pride Mates ( shifters Unbound book 1)
By Jennifer Ashley

Defense attorney Kim Fraser has to venture into the dark and dangerous Shiftertown to get answers for a client accused of murder, but the secrets she learns from the enticing lips of Liam Morrissey might just get her killed if the lion shifter doesn't claim her for his mate.

This had been in my Tbr pile for so long and I finally got round to it. So glad I did! Having those shifters all collared up is pretty brutal! I enjoyed her take on shifter life it had a strong story and strong characters. I’m looking forward to seeing the new little shifter and finding how they all develop with the change in leadership! Definitely one for shifter lovers!!

A game that kids play, so make it a movie
Contains spoilers, click to show
The plot‐ Olivia, Lucas and a group of their college friends travel to Mexico for one last getaway before graduation. While there, a stranger convinces one of the students to play a seemingly harmless game of truth or dare with the others. Once the game starts, it awakens something evil -- a demon which forces the friends to share dark secrets and confront their deepest fears. The rules are simple but wicked -- tell the truth or die, do the dare or die, and if you stop playing, you die.

So this plot makes no sense, the movie makes no sense. The horror is not good, the jump scaries are not good, it tries to psycological but falls.

Dont watch this movie.

Synopsis does not do it justice!
I find the synopsis for this book does not do it justice - the storyline is a complicated maze of heres and theres, whats and whys, betrayals and secrets. There is an ever-changing narrative that happens in such a fluid way - it's hard to explain but thoroughly enjoyable - there is just so much more to the story then the synopsis leads you to believe. The author does an absolutely exquisite job of painting the picture of another world. Her descriptive writing style truly allows the reader to feel as though they are right there in the story with the characters. While this book does not end on a cliffhanger per-say, it does end on a note that leaves you yearning for more.
