This series is sooo cute. There isn't much meat to the story so it is very light and fluffy, if you want something to read but don't really want to think too much and you need a happy lift pick up this series.

This, of course, sets up another sequel. There was not a lot of action besides gathering, and rescuing, New Bloods. I'm hoping the 3rd is the final book in the series. I'm really tired of all books being written as a series.

There's something about this series. It's not the best one I've read but I find it really engaging. Both the investigation and how it plays out throughout and the on/off thing between Jameson and Nikki.
I'm definitely interested in continuing the series.

Another good series
Another typical series for NCIS: LA nice to see some returning characters and some new ones join the team. Seems weird to think it's been going 11 years now, but still going strong.

Great first series, extremely dark
If you watch the first series DO NOT watch the second series which is a total let down in comparison. The partnership between Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson is absolutely stellar, acting at its highest level. The story is hideously dark, and the two actors, who are fatally flawed, are completely perfect for the role. It surrounds a serial killer who murders young girls in a cult-like fashion, and the coming together of these two detectives after many years to try and finally solve it. A really well done first series.
