6th book in Simon Scarrow's Cato series (originally known as the 'Eagle' series before "Centurion" came out), which deals primarily with an oft-overlooked subject of the Roman Navy, and which follows on from the events of "The Eagle's Prey", with Macro and Cato starting the novel in Rome awaiting an investigation into their involvement in the actions of the previous novel.

Anyone else love this?!?! I can't wait for the next series to come out!! (HURRY UP ALREADY!!!)
I've even bought the book to bridge the gap between this series and the next one.
Loved the book references and the fact that although you should technically dislike Joe as he is the "baddie", you just don't! A similar style to Dexter in a way

It saves where you are during a series or a film so you don't lose your place. It recommends films and series based on what you have watched. It has a kids section and parental controls. Cheap too! (0 more)
Doesn't always have very recent films but I don't mind waiting when I pay so little. (0 more)
Don't know what I would do without Netflix.

I am an avid fan of the Alfred Boy King series. This is the third book in the series, and I am excitedly waiting for book 4. This book is filled with adventure, magic, creatures, and bravery. The main character Alfred is a sweet and curious boy who makes for a charming and sympathetic character to follow on his exciting journeys.

This series ended up keeping me up till 3am XD. Really good English series that keeps you guessing. Lots of twists and turns that make you feel really smug when you suss some of them out before the reveal! great set of actors and a crazy set of events that make you want to keep watching to see how they all link up.

Gods, did I cry at the end of this!

A good ending to the series that has left it open for Seth to get his own series, which he has, and I'm glad that it worked out for pretty much everyone though I got upset at various bits when people died and all that but in the end it came together nicely.

"If I had to pick one book, one example of what I love, it would be this book. I enrolled in a lecture series called “How the West Was Written” and started with Willa Cather and ended with Joan Didion. In the middle of the series we read Stegner. It is as great a book as you will ever read."

I read the Secret Circle novels after they announced the television series.
These books are alright, LJ's writing is so intensely readable, I still love it, after all these years.
The reason I think these two books are just ok was because I wasn't really a fan of the main character. If you like LJ Smith, this series is definitely readable.

This was one of the first, new-canon Star Wars comic runs. It's part of the 'Journey to Force Awakens' series, and picks up right after Return of the Jedi ends. It was a good start to new canon, and helped fill in some gaps. This run also introduced us to Poe's parents.
I also love the art for this series.
