A strange film, that seems totally random at times. It has a bit of an insight to the lives of a range of people in early 80's LA. From the spoilt rich kids, drugged up pop star, shady ex-con and a news reporter. The stories are very loosely interwoven. This is far from being anything like Crash though! There doesn't seem to be much of a plot to it at all or any conclusion. Just a brief look at their lives full of sex, drugs and 80's pop. A shame given the very strong cast list!

Not horrible

Ok. This movie was pretty graphic in it's depiction if bodily injuries. The acting was ok and the cinematography was good. The story,... while a bit on the predictable(and pretty unbelievable) side-was interesting enough to keep your attention through to the end. Simple premise- 3 guys try to kill a girl and she makes them pay for it(there's a little more to it than that but not much). This one ain't for the kiddies, though(some sex/semi-nude scenes and LOTS of blood). Purely for the entertainment value(without complete believability) this one is worth a watch.

Top bitesize TV series

Finally got round to watching this after hearing many good reviews. A very short series of 6 episodes and only 25 minute long episodes. It follows the life of a 30 year old dealing with life, relationships, family, love, grief and sex. It's very funny with a sharp, witty script. It's similar to @Peep Show - Season 1 in some ways, breaking the 4th wall talking to the viewer. Also similar tone but this time from a female perspective. If you haven't seen it yet check it out!
