There were parts of this I liked:
Denver and his behaviour towards the little girl (whose name I've forgotten already :/ ).
Austin when he was going all hot and bothered/full on sexy with Lexi (which didn't happen all that often for my liking).
The first meeting between Reno and April.
And then there were bits I wasn't so keen on:
The added side story of Lexi's dad, I know there was a reasoning behind him being in it but I wasn't interested in that bit at all.
Lexi's job at the sweet shop. Was it necessary? I know that April needed an introduction but we seemed to spend quite a lot of time there.
The added in-between-anything-happening bits that you learnt nothing and seemed to drag. I want action in my stories and there was hardly any in this.
From that meeting mentioned above, I must admit that I'm interested in reading the next book in the series, and for two reasons. One, Reno intrigues me. And two, April seems so shy that I'd love to see how she'd react to Reno pursuing her.

Hel's attitude is as sassy as ever, and I love how she goes toe to toe with Eric. Maddison is a blast, although I know there is more to her than meets the eye. Raphael has a story he doesn't want to share, which just makes me want it all the more. All in all, this is a non-stop read, full of action and chaos.
Ending on a cliffhanger (just like book one), this will definitely leave you wanting more. A great second book, and definitely recommended by me.

Wren and Foster. Foster and Wren. Anyway you look at it, they are meant to be together! The sparks flew between them instantly and I held on for dear life, watching them together. I loved the way Foster had to work to show Wren she was more than just his best friend's kid sister. When the realization finally hit.....well, let's just say it was a hot slice of pizza for this reader!
Do I recommend this book? Abso-friggin-lutely. Do I want to keep it forever? Abso-friggin-lutely. Do I recommend eating it with pizza? No. If you do, you may choke from laughing often! With a beautiful heroine and a hot, sexy Hero that will melt your socks off, this is a 5 star worthy start to a fantastic new series from who I dubbed the Queen of RomCon. Well done, Hunter. Well done. Bring on the next!
