Will make you feel like a zombie
Another game to film failure. I've not played the games which involves killing zombies in creative ways. Some short sections of the film are true to this. However overall it has a cheap made for TV feel to it. Should have gone more for a comedy horror angle.

Lincoln in the Bardo is an incredible first novel from a master of the short fiction format. The shared narration is reminiscent of a Greek chorus or a conversation, rendered on the page like the script of a play.

One to binge on
A great series overall. The first series was short and sweet around 7 episodes. It may take until the 3rd episode for you to be hooked but you will be. The scenarios the mix of characters get themselves into will make you laugh and grimace at the same time.

Short and sweet
It's not a long album but I don't think there is a track on it I would rate lower than a 6. Amazing guitar and drums playing. Good mix of slow, fast and faster songs. Topped off with the iconic Master of puppets track.

Simple straightforward fable
An easy read, contrary to many of Dostoyevsky's novels. The honest thief raises the question of whether it is fine to forgive or accept a lie in some circumstances especially when there are more important things to be worrying about.

Dostoyevsky's short stories are always a joy to read and listen because of the power of his storytelling.

Moving story
A great and very original film based on a Stephen King story. Also directed by the same director as @The Shawshank Redemption (1994). Also set within a Prison as a guard tells his story of working on Death row and the inmates he came across.

And oldie but a goldie
This is the first season that gets you hooked on the TV show "Friends". It's an easy show to follow. It has all the usual stereotypes and doesn't fall short throughout the series. It's a comedy and definitely worth a watch if you haven't seen it.

I like this game, but I feel like it depends on what roles you have when you are playing. There always seems to be a lot of "get all these things to one person so they can cure everything" and it is really mostly one person doing the work. As a cooperative game, I think this falls a little short in this respect.

Our favorite co-op board game! It's everyone versus the disease. What helps, too, is that the difficulty and characters can be changed to create a unique experience every game. Although I have not yet tested this game with children, every adult I've played with loves it!

Moderate cooperative game, providing great opportunities for each player to have a hero moment each game.

My Personal Opinion
I like Stephen King as an author and have loved everything I have read of his up to this point. For me this book feel short. I'm not a huge fan of psychological horror and that's what this felt like to me. The book was ok enough that I finished it but it isn't one of my favorites.

The Channel is a collection of short fictional stories, some with a touch of paranormal. Some will make you cry, some will make you think, and some will make you smile. Susan is a wonderful storyteller with a talent for leaving her readers with questions and possibilities in their minds but ending the stories with a satisfying close.
