Relatable and hilarious
I don’t have much to say other than I love how much I see of myself in these short little comics. If you haven’t read them then please do as they’re hilarious and really speak to the heart!

I didn't know how to rate this book - whether I'd rate this book a 4 or a 5. It read very different for me, I hadn't read anything like it I must say. It was more dark than I had expected which I LOVED - it was short, which I also liked, it was very to the point and so intriguing I couldn't get over it. so fun, so interesting, I can't wait to read the rest of the series

READ. THIS. NOW.
Wow. I read a lot of books and very few have the ability to stick around and make me think about it for days on end. Vicious is that book. Being able to love and hate both Eli and Victor simultaneously is a task that only VE Schwab could accomplish. The plot was so fast paced that I genuinely couldn't put the book down. READ IT NOW!

Too short
Why?
OK, to be fair I am not a massive reader of all things DC or Marvel, but in my youth I read enough good story's about Batman, Superman et al to know that this film should have been amazing. Instead someone just shoved a lesser known villian in a short story using some DC lore they had read and decided to misuse. Such an absolute waste of a great cast and potential. I wanted to love the movie, and even convinced my wife to watch it with me!

Short Read
Captain Nike Alexander is in Afghanistan for one reason only - to use her pilot skills. She doesn’t have time for men, especially military men. Playing hard to get with Captain Gavin Jackson comes as naturally to Nike as flying one of her Apaches. But Gavin’s sexy-as-sin smile is making it harder and harder to say no. Nicely written short read, touches on the hardships of war and the tolls that this has on all involved. It would have been nice to tie up some of the unfinished parts touched upon throughout the book. The characters were very likeable!

Will they be able to foil the terrorist plot against them?
I haven't read the prequel to this so maybe some of points will have been different if I had.
When I first started understanding the full story, I was very surprised at how short the book was. I was wondering how you could unpiece such a large scale operation in such a short book.
The story is fast-paced and the short chapters only add to this. I read it very quickly and enjoyed the pulse racing action.
I like the diversity of characters and the insight into CIA/MI6 operations. Its also a very current story.
I felt the hidden past mentioned on the cover was a little underwhelming. Overall the story was very neat, in every tense moment there is someone or something to save the day.

I heard this was originally meant to be a short story. I believe that 100%
I liked the character and I like what this book stood for and all of that, I really did. I just can't get over how long it took me to read this short little thing, so I'm going to focus on that.
This would've been a great book if it were 50-60 pages long. But it's nearly 200! It just dragged on and on, so much so that I could hardly remember the enjoyable thing I had just read 20 minutes prior. The length ruined it that much!
I'm curious to know what this story would've been like if Gaiman had kept it as the intended short story. Probably much better. Probably.
