"A classic ghost story, from a novel by Dorothy Macardle, directed by Lewis Allen. Brother and sister Ray Milland and Ruth Hussey buy a cliff-top home in Cornwall that turns out to be haunted by at least two spirits and one still-living person . . . the waif Gail Russell, who is drawn to the room where her mother supposedly died. It’s one of those Hollywood films that was too sophisticated for the censors, with several transgressive elements (lesbianism, illegitimacy) couched tactfully and woven deeply into the mystery."

Each year, I participate in the Alzheimer's Association's Walk to End Alzheimer's - along with my mother, aunt, sister & niece - in honor of my grandfather, under the team name Freddy's Girls. We've been walking since 2010, have raised nearly $10,000 towards Alzheimer's research & treatment, and this Saturday we do it again!

Best historical story of the season after the silly Ness of the romans with the crusade more serious drama its a shame there's only 2 episodes actually left which doesn't help watching but anyway
Acting wise there are good performances from the main cast plus the great guest performances starting with Richard the lion heart played by Julian glover more famous for playing villians plays it straight and there's jean marsh plays his sister and won't be her last appearance on the show overall good story
