This starts off with a determined Med student Meg who is dealing with the loss of her sister, going to a party for the 1st time after her sisters death.
There is where she happens to walk in on Miles, the lead singer of one of her favorite bands.
Neither of them have the time or patience to deal with relationship so they go for the next best thing-no stings attached sex.
I think this story was longer than it needed to be bu brought in some very hard hitting issues.
I wasnt to in love with the relationship aspect and the main character did frustrate me towards the end on how easily she fell back in the sack with him. But this was very enjoyable for what it was.

But the acting from Tom Hanks and Meryl Streep will always make up for anything. They are two of the best actors of all time, and this film is no different.
The underlying message is great, that the press should hold powers to account. It made me feel more empowered as a person, and as a journalist.
However, it also made me realise that a lot of the modern press has forgotten this.

Maybe a little far-reaching plot aside, the film has so many funny moments like ice in the hallways, a random guy living in your closet and swimming with student beauticians not to mention a great 80s soundtrack, it is hard not to love it. I have to admit, every time I hear "Everybody Wants To Rule The World" I think of "Real Genius".

Matthew Krueger (10051 KP) rated Prince of Darkness (1987) in Movies

the film is the second installment in what Carpenter calls his "Apocalypse Trilogy", which began with The Thing (1982) and concludes with In the Mouth of Madness (1995).
The film is about cellar, a priest finds an otherworldly vial filled with slime. Frightened, he brings his discovery to a circle of top scholars and scientists, who eventually learn that the strange liquid is the essence of Satan. The slime then begins to seep out, turning some of the academics into zombified killers. As the possessed battle the survivors, student Kelly is infected by a large quantity of the liquid and becomes Satan personified.
It has supernatural elements, psychological elements and horror elements.
Its underreated and i think more people should watch it.
Veronica Pena (690 KP) rated Criminal Minds - Season 1 in TV

It's so fun to see all the baby characters, the original team, the various plot lines that they pursued. I think this will always be one of my favorite seasons to watch and I don't think there's anything I don't like about the show. Other than the small inaccuracy they had when Haley first gave birth. They called her a girl in the first episode the baby is in and most everyone knows that Hotch ends up having a son named Jack. Small story discrepancies really get me like nothing else.
Other than that, great season. Baby Reid is so cute.
