[Wolf and Iron] by [Gordan R. Dickson] tells of survival after a socio-economic collapse. The characters are strongly developed and Jeebee's relationship with wolf drives the story as her learns to survive using his instincts. It follows the format of post apocalyptic stories so it is fairly predictable but the characters and relationships are what really drive the plot.

Simple but effective
A visually impressive film about a tale of survival. Although a bit too much cgi. The problem is for the majority of the film it's about a boy and a wolf trying to survive and get back to his Tribe. There is very little dialogue and not much depth to the story.

Watched a movie on Hulu called "I Am Alone". An "infected zombie" style movie. The acting was weak and the effects were, too. Cinematography was just, ok. Done like it was on a survival reality show but bounced back and forth between that and a survivor being interviewed by gvmt type scientist in a closed room. Was pretty boring. Not worth a watch.
