This is a lovely romance book. This book has characters you just fall in love with from the first page. This is the second book in the series but it can be read as a stand alone read. The characters were very well written and worked really well within the story. The story just pulls you in from the first page, keeping you hooked till the very last one. This is a fun, sweet, romantic read. I cant wait to read more from this author in the future.

This is the first book in this series by this author. This is the first book I've read by this author and I can't wait for more. This is a sweet, second chance romance story. This book will have you laughing out loud one moment then crying the next. This story takes you on an emotional roller coaster of a ride. The characters had such an amazing chemistry between them , they just drew you into the story. I can't wait to read more in this series and by this author in the future.

With a storyline like this I expected to be more emotionally involved in Zach and David's story, but I found it quite hard in that respect.

I felt sorry for Zach for his ordeal and for David over the guilt he felt. I also felt sorry for the possible romance they missed out on with Zach's disappearance.

That being said I didn't really connect with them or the story.

I did like the interaction between the two guys; some of the things they said to each other in their more tender moments were really sweet.

I'd definitely consider reading more books by the author.

**I received this copy via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review**

I read books for the romance and I'll tell you now, this was full of it, which is why I liked it so much. Normally when I read a MM book, it's more concentrating on the sex, whereas this one concentrated on the relationship and how it grew from mistrust into love. It was so sweet in places and I was bawling for a while near the end.

I liked both of the main characters and how they acted around each other. They were both great guys who'd had to put up with a lot of crap in the past and when they finally got it together I was almost cheering.

Liz, Caspar's best friend and one of his Lieutenants, was also a cool character and though I thought we'd never see her again after they left Alpha, she makes another appearance near the end, which also had me smiling.

I should probably point out that it does concentrate more on the romance and it's progression that the dystopian world but it's still a good tale if you don't mind that minor detail.

If you like MM Romances that actually focus on the romance, then this shouldn't be missed. I recommend it.

Renee may be thrilled to be planning her sister’s wedding, but after witnessing her mother’s two failed marriages, she has always vowed that she is better off on her own.

But when Renee discovers that Luc Hardy has moved next door, her world is knocked off kilter. Luc was her whirlwind summer romance as a teen and, more importantly, her first love. Now he’s back in West Cove, looking more handsome than ever.

There is no escaping the romance in the air this summer. With the wedding planning in full swing, Renee begins to believe that she might be able to put her childhood reservations about marriage aside.

Yet when her mother arrives, she stirs a torrent of emotions in Renee’s heart. She’s up to her old tricks again – boasting about her latest conquests – reaffirming Renee’s lack of faith in love.

As Renee’s happily-ever-after hangs in the balance, will Luc be able to convince her that true love can last forever?

This was a nice quick read and really sweet story. I’m not a romance fan normally but this was well written and enjoyable.
