Good ending!
Ok so I have watched this before but completely forgot the ending!

Film starts out strong husband cheats on wife (Jenifer Lopez), they break up. Wife has a new neighbor who's young handsome and very polite they end up having a night of passion that she regrets, he however becomes obsessed and stalkerish and turns into a mad man,he then appears in one of her classes in school. It's then a fight to keep her life together and keep him under control. This all leads down to the brutal fight at the end, the end scene is always the best in thrillers where the fight to survive takes places, although I forgot how gorey that scene was. It's a good film good story line. Just a mix up of romance, a hottie, then a flip to the dark side of films 😈

A comedy with bite
My wife watched this when it first came out and I didn't bother. Kinda looked like a lame rom com. That was until I caught the end of a season 3 episode she was watching and laughed my arse off. So I went and watched season 1 in 2 days - its soooooo good. IRS the story of a nice suburban family Drew Barrymore & Timothy Olyphant with their teenage daughter. They are real estate agents and have a good if simple life. This all changes when Barrymore, after feeling a bit unwell, vomits (A Lot) during a house viewing. So much so she dies however then comes back to life - except shes now undead and can only eat human flesh. The star of the show is Olyphant. He has never really been a comedic actor but he is hilarious as Joel coming to terms with his wife's new condition and (trying) to help her find food is brilliant. Also there is a lot of really good gore. Like REALLY good and is often unexpected which adds to the comedy. At 30 mins an episode this is perfect for binge watching and will leave you hungry for more!!

Slumdog Millionaire (2008)
Slumdog Millionaire (2008)
2008 | Drama, Romance
Not quite the sugar coated feel good film I was expecting. It's quite dramatic and gritty in places but I think that makes the harshness of the situations the characters find themselves in and what they go though in their life time more realistic. This makes the film better overall. Very well directed, a great story some great child actors and a fine soundtrack produce a film everyone will enjoy and be drawn into! Jai ho!!!

I have read the majority of Jodi Picoult books. She knows how to write a good controversial book, making you see both sides to the story. The characters, in their own rights, are very likeable. My sister's keeper is a very powerful write, and it makes you realise just how fragile life can be. The film with Cameron Diaz was a bit poor, and there was a lot that was missing, and added that was not in the book.

Movie Favorite

"I also love Harold and Maude. That’s another probably equal favorite. I just love the Ruth Gordon character in that. I feel like she is so inspiring to me, how she lives her life. I love the Cat Stevens music. I just remember watching it as a kid, and just some part of me thought, “I want to be like her.” I wanted to be this person who lives life and enjoys life, and no matter what happens, she is finding the positive, beautiful aspects of life. She’s kind of this unconventional woman who’s just enjoying her life. I thought she was super inspiring. I love Harold’s character too, but I think it’s just, as a woman, it’s very inspiring to see that kind of a character in a movie because you don’t often see a movie about an 82-year-old woman who you just really want to be because she’s so cool, you know? I also kind of like a movie to kind of inspire me and make me feel hopeful in a way, and I feel like that movie does that. There are so many good movies, but they just leave you totally depressed. But I feel like, with that movie, you’re like, “That’s a good movie that makes me feel excited about life.”
