Acting was top notch; especially Sissy Spacek who needs to win an Emmy for this role

The Gordy side story. So darkly funny!

Why doesn’t everyone just move away?!

Lots of plot holes and WTF is going on moments. I was riveted through the whole thing, but it feels a lot like they were trying to do too much and the show really suffered for it.

It used to have an app on Samsung tv where I could play my playlists over the TV. Not anymore. :( A lot of people say 10 bucks a month is very high. But there is so much entertainment in this app, I consider it worth it. (0 more)

3.5/5: A little over the top on the feminism scale. There were definitely things said to make it as though men have never added value in anyway. The representation of an asexual character and a gay character was great it helped to advance the plot but not be the main focus. I was not a fan of the ending it seemed rushed and not quite explained enough.

I watched this as part of my 25 days of Christmas movies. It was a pleasant surprise of adventure and Christmas spirit. The Elves would be my favorite characters. They totally kicked butt. The jail scene is fun. As soon as it was over I recommended it to all my friends. It's on my top 5 list.

Movie Rating Watch

The storyline itself was good and the CGI, for the most part, was impressive. At times, however, the CGI was a bit over the top. It doesn't really end with any resolution and leaves it open for another movie, but it a continuation isn't made, it really feels as though it were dropped off in the middle of the story. Hopefully, they will continue and give the rest of the story.

Entertaining but a little bit silly

What's starts off as a kid trapped in a haunted house turns into something very different.

Eli is good fun with a few jump scares and some great effects but is let down by over the top ending and huge clichés. If they had underplayed the ending then it would have been more disturbing.

I loved it, until about the last 15-20 minutes. It started off as something unusual to the rubbish horrors that are out there. But I was left disappointed by it.
