Sins & Needles was the winner of my "What to Read Next" question so here I go :)
So I've literally just finished it and once again I'm crying. This is definitely one of those where you NEED to have the second book to jump straight back into this trilogy because after that ending, you just need to know that Camden is going to fight for Ellie, that she's not going to give into Javier and that they're eventually going to get their HEA after all this time.
Unfortunately though, I don't own the second book and my to-read shelf is almost 300 books long, but when I get through a few more books I will certainly buy it and get back to these two and their journey back to each other.
So I've literally just finished it and once again I'm crying. I had read a lot of reviews of this book, and what most of them said turned out to be true. This book has pacing issues, and it was a bit of a slog to get through. That being said, it's important to remember that it is the middle book of a trilogy, and therefore you are getting only the middle of the begging. Middle and end of a story structure, and I always find that the middle of stories already drag a little anyway. What I want to stress though, is that the pay off is well worth it! I was considering taking a break from Mistborn for a couple of books, but after reading that ending, I have no choice but to continue!

Third entry in the Weis/Hickman Dragonlance Chronicles trilogy, which sets the world of Krynn up for new adventures with a new Status Quo, and which finishes the story first began in Dragons of Autumn Twilight.
However, I found this to be lacking the intimacy of that first novel, or even the tragic pathos of Sturm from the second Dragons of Winter Night; too concerned with Tanis's internal struggles and skipping over a large part of just what happened to Raistlin and how he suddenly becomes so powerful (told in other spin-offs, perhaps?).
Also, and as with Dragons of Winter Night, not all characters survive the story, with one character in particular provided with a fitting farewell.
In short, and as a whole: these books are OK, but nothing remarkable.

These kids and just the whole "family" Kat has are amazing. Geniuses!
Not my favourite book in the series, since they didn't steal a painting or a jewel or anything as valuable or famous, but just the ability to come out on top and pull off the impossible (as usual!) has given it that flair (and me, a huge smile).
I've been reading some reviews on Goodreads and it seems people thought this was going to be a trilogy but after reading this I've realised there are still a few unanswered questions floating about so I hope the author will write another story in which we find out Hale's first names and the identity of Visily Romani.
I may also have to try the authors Gallagher Girls series too!

Let me start out with this: yes, I love space bears. Ewoks are my favorite alien species out of the entire universe.
Return of the Jedi is my favorite out of the original trilogy, and it's the one I've watched the most, with A New Hope coming in second. I thought it was awesome that Leia dressed up as the bounty hunter to free Han.
The scenes on Endor are my favorite, because it reminded me of the woods my grandmother lived in. This specific film inspired a lot of the stories I wrote as a kid.
Now, I do have a beef with the remastered versions: I absolutely HATE the 'NOOOOO' from Darth Vader when he goes for the Emperor, it's the worst and it makes me cringe every time I hear it.

Blade vs Rocky
Demolition Man- is one of those early 90's sci-fi action movies with two big action stars. Well Stallone at the time, Snipes would be in the Blade Trilogy later on.
The Plot: With innocent victims caught in the crossfire in Los Angeles' intensifying war on crime, both cop John Spartan (Sylvester Stallone) and violent thug Simon Phoenix (Wesley Snipes) are sentenced to a state of frozen incarceration known as "CryoPrison." When Spartan is finally thawed 36 years later, it's 2032, and Los Angeles is now a pacifist utopia called San Angeles. But with Phoenix again on the loose, Spartan must team up with future cop Lenina (Sandra Bullock) to apprehend the killer.
Oh yea by the way this movie is set in the future.
I would recorddmend this movie.

Weakest of the trilogy but still enjoyable
So this movie picks up right where chapter 2 ended with john going on the run.A brutal first 20 minutes of action follows (the library scene is brilliant) but once that is over the story starts to get a little dull.Everything feels rushed with john going from one country to another, then the massive fight scene with halle berry and 2 german shepherd dogs which felt like it had so much going on in it that you just couldn't keep up with it.
But thankfully once john is back on home soil things improve again leading up to the big finale at the continental hotel.All in all another excellent addition to the franchise and things are set up for a fourth movie to come along in the future
