Mary Poppins Returns (2018) is an exercise in Lucasian poetry #Review
George Lucas once claimed that the many repetitive instances in the Star Wars prequel trilogy were deliberate ‘poetry’, rhyming with the original trilogy and so it is with this second Mary Poppins film. This is the second book in this amazing trilogy. The story continues in this book from the first one. Same amazing characters with such intense chemistry between them. This book is filled with action, sex, angst and twists and turns. The story unfolds more in this book, sucking you in and keeping you reading long into the night. I can't wait to read the final part in this trilogy.

Well, I wasn't sure how I'd feel about this film. Overall, it is pretty good. The third act doesn't do it any justice though. Would have been better as a limited series or a trilogy.

Amazing!
I have to say, this is my favorite book of the trilogy. The first one started it, but this one kept it going. Great storytelling, great action, and one hell of an ending.

My least favorite of the trilogy, it just feels drawn out, the action is good but it won't stop you from feeling like this book could've been half as many pages while still finishing the story.
