Gread read
This is the first book I have read from this author, I'll definitely look into more from him. The suspense the story as a whole is great. The twist and turns challenge the morals and ethics of the different characters involved. The ending shocked me, so much that I had to reread a few chapters. Great novel the suspense will have you hooked in the first few chapters. I couldn't put it down.

breaths live into an old story
beautiful visuals , great direction from Branagh and solid acting from a stellar cast makes this unneeded remake a must see ,slightly different from the original film and book Branagh is no Ustinov but is very good in the roll , with some minor "Politically Correct"changes but they dont take anything away from a great film ......I`m looking forward to the sequel Evil Under the Sun

So close to a super super film
Contains spoilers, click to show
I try to not publish spoilers they're unavoidable here to explain why this only a 7/10 film. The first hour is great, building up the story leading to what you think will be an epic climax. The story starts with James McAvoy's 24 personalities having kidnapped 4 cheerleaders and Bruce Willis' David Dunn on the hunt to rescue them. After a confrontation they're taken to a psych hospital for evaluation which happens to be where they're keeping Samuel L Jackson's Mr Glass. All of this is awesome with the star of the show being McAvoy flowing through his personalities is a truly epic piece of acting. So the film plays out and leads to a good fight towards the end but then it goes a bit weird. You start to notice plot holes like this psych hospital only seems to have 1 orderly or security guard on duty at any one time. Or when McAvoy and Jackson are trying to escape they go through a security gate and get buzzed through straight away even though neither has their faces covered. It's like 'those 2 guys kinda look like 2 of the 3 highly dangerous multiple murderers that we're here guarding? Oh well!'...then we get into the obligatory M.Mike Salmonhands twist involving a secret society that just seemed uneeded and tacked on for no other reason than the film didn't have a twist...so there you have it. So close to being a truly great film but sloppy writing let it down.

Good production values (2 more)
Good Sfx for a TV series
Good atmospheric Cinematography
Don't lose your head!
I really enjoyed this series which has a different twist on the Headless horseman tale. Plenty of Action scenes, fights, magic and flash backs to the War with the British. I was impressed with the overall look and feel of the series. The effects for the headless horseman are up there with the film. A mix of the film with a Buffy, Supernatural vibe.

I am Jack's liver...a mind-blowing look at a consumer-led society and mental health
This is a horror movie in the sense that it feels like a modern-day psycho. David Fincher's savage film is visionary and disturbing. It reveals angry and diffidently witty ideas about contemporary manhood. It builds a huge, phantasmagorical structure around the search for lost masculine authority, and attempts to psycho-analyse an entire society in the process. Fabulous twist at the end. An excellent adaptation of Chuck Palahniuk's book.

[Until We End] is a post-apocalyptic novel that takes a sinister twist. As people all over the world die from a strange disease Cora and Coby hide at home as their dad told them. They believe they may be the only ones left but they were wrong.
[Frankie Brown] adds to the ever popular genre of YA post-apocalyptic fiction. Unlike others I feel you can never have too much of a good thing and this genre has always been a favorite. Keep them coming.
