"A superb documentary about the once little-known American singer-songwriter Sixto Rodriguez, and his huge popularity in South Africa, which starts with a rumour about him killing himself by setting fire to himself on stage. His real story then reveals itself to be very different. This film delves into mythology, how it develops, and the way we elevate musicians as beacons in culture. It’s also a film about an incredibly underrated guy, and how difficult it was to find lost stars before the internet took off. It couldn’t happen now."

Incredibly underrated movie with some of its roots in multilayered films such as Pulp Fiction.
It's rather clever multi viewpoints and clever editing reveals just that bit more info when seeing the story unfold from another characters standpoint, it's always busy and never has a dull moment which saves it from being just another clone and the young and energetic cast inject an urgency into the story.
It's a shame all of them slipped into obscurity shortly afterwards as all showed much talent and potential to have a decent career, that's Hollywood!

Happy Valentine's Day
My Bloody Valentine- is a underrated horror jem. It also takes place on a holiday. Yes its one of those horror movies. A horror surrounding around a major holiday.

The plot tells about a group of young adults who decide to throw a Valentine's Day party, only to incur the vengeful wrath of an assailant in mining gear who begins a killing spree.

My Bloody Valentine faced notable censorship, having a total of nine minutes cut by the Motion Picture Association of America due to the amount of violence and gore. Though co-producer Dunning confirmed that the excised footage still existed, attempts to release it proved difficult as Paramount Pictures refused to offer an uncut version. In 2009, Lionsgate subsequently acquired home media rights to the film and released Blu-ray and DVD editions with three minutes of additional footage restored. The same year, Lionsgate released a remake of the film.

Oh yea their is a remake of this film. And that i will be reviewing next.

So overall this movie is a slasher horror movie revolving around a major holiday. That is both underrated and a horror jem. Love hurts doesnt it.

Happy Valentine's Day everybody.

A great unknown masked hero
Set in a universes where Britain rules all and disease has destroyed alot of people including a rare virus where people were experimented on for a vaccine our rare hero emerges as one of the ones who survied the testing. He is geared towards taking down all the culprits behind the testing and the current British rule. Our heroine is a girl who wants to fight but needs to know why is at one point shown the way through a very harsh manor. This movie is very underrated and some of the fight scenes are great.

So pretty
This movie is so pretty that after I watch it I am upset about how the actual world doesn't measure up. Aronofsky's best and most underrated films. I always associate him with hyperfocusing on a central idea- in Pi, it was truth; in Black Swan, perfection; Requiem for a Dream, addiction. This one is focused on death, but is actually his most uplifting movie. There are three stories that run in parallel, which few directors pull off, but it is done exquisitely in this.

Lolo & Stitch is one of my favorite Disney movies and even though it is mentioned a lot.. Or well Stitch is I still feel like it's a really under rated movie.

The movie is such a heart warming family movie with some of Disney's best characters... I'm talking about Nani she is one of the most underrated characters Disney has ever made in my opinion.

One of my favorite things about it is that doesn't really have a romantic storyline at all it's in the background and it is about makeing your own family and it's just so dang sweet.

Snake eyes- is good mystry thriller directed by Brian De Palma.

The Plot: Detective Rick Santoro (Nicolas Cage) has never played by the rules. When he attends a high-profile boxing match with his friend Navy Cmdr. Kevin Dunne (Gary Sinise), as well as Defense Secretary Kirkland (Joel Fabiani), he witnesses a terrorist assassinate Kirkland. Despite a lockdown on the arena, key witness Julia Costello (Carla Gugino) escapes -- and Santoro begins to suspect Kirkland's death is part of a much larger conspiracy that involves boxing rivals and a beautiful stranger.

It was a good movie, very underrated.

"Wonderful! Brilliant! It’s very different to everybody else, and it’s all men singing who sound like women. It sounds like Jefferson Airplane at times, and you think, “Who’s that woman?” and then you realise it’s a man. And now that singer does TV commercials and plays accordion in coffee shops. They were quite big. In England, quite a lot of people bought their records. We DJ-ed a lot with our original one, and somebody stole it from a club. We’ll find one again! H.P. Lovecraft were really underrated in terms of the sixties bands from the West Coast."
