"The Life of Brian. Put that up there. I can watch Monty Python any time of the day or night, anywhere, particularly the series. That film is just so kind of brazen and smart and silly. It’s outrageously funny and epic as well. People don’t make comedies on that kind of scale anymore. Epic is usually associated with something very earnest and serious. I just love how they sort of blew that out of the water."

Hilarious fish out of water Eddie Murphy vehicle that hits all the right notes.
Murphy produces his best African Prince impersonation with aplomb and dazzles the audience with that wide smile whenever he is onscreen and rivals Tom Cruise's smile st times.
This is some of Eddie's best work along side Trading Places and Beverley Hills Cop and this film was made at the height of his career.
Its Comedy Gold and a stone cold classic.

Re-released with an extra 80,000 or so words, Marella is a story that takes us through the natural elements as this young girl learns about them, on her journey to be a water weaver. Her animal partner Nixie is her lifeline and comfort , along the way, I felt like I could smell the food see the surroundings and connect with the characters in the story.
