A post-apocalyptic story by Lara Adrian. I absolutely LOVE Lara's Midnight Breed series! A great story, not your normal post-apocalyptic world, there are STRANGES (trolls, telepaths, shifters, and so much more) . The world is in post-apocalyptic pandemonium. Nisha is a female mercenary transporting whatever the client wants, for a price. Then comes a mysterious pick-up and delivery, with three very simple rules. Keep the crate dry, do not put anything in the crate, do NOT open the crate! But she could not stop herself once she heard the creature inside coughing. Sounding like it was going to die she offers it water. A beautiful dragon emerges, and the twists begin.

Swim for it
A master diver/rescuer for the coast guard Ben Randall (Costner) has an accident at sea and is asked to teach A school cadets (Coast Guard enlistees) the right and wrong ways to save someone and survival skills. A cadet Jake Fischer (Kutcher) has a troubled past from a small town and is a world class swim champ is arrogant and is put to the test by Randall. Will he have to swim for it or be a fish out of water.

A good look into the way Coast Guard divers/rescuers are trained and what they have to endure. The story line is pretty good and the movie dosen't have a dull moment

Super Mario Sunshine

Action/Adventure
Mario and his Flash Liquidizer Ultra Dousing Device (F.L.U.D.D.)
EVERYONE who owned a Game Cube owned Super Mario Sunshine. It was a cultural phenomenon.

Mario could hover, bounce, shoot water and chase around his shadow self all while exploring many fun and interesting areas within this great Nintendo platformer which basically introduced the world to Game Cube.

While Mario 64 was the first step for Nintendo into the world of 3D graphics, Sunshine expanded on those ideas and created a truly immersive game experience few games have reached.

The replayability is amazing as we recently found out when we rediscovered this title in our now retro game library.

So much FUN!!

Collecting Marvel's Star Wars issues #33 through 37, this is more-or-less a compilation of one-shot stories rather than ant on-going story threads: as such, some of these are better than others.

The same can be said of the art-work.

With stories running the gamut from Luke and Leia trapped on a water(y)-planet, to R2-D2 rescuing C-3PO from the Empire and even from the Point of View of members of the Empire's SCAR squadron, there is plenty of variety here: none, however, (to my eyes) match the impact of the earlier issues (maybe because they were fresher back then?), or even of the cross-over event 'Vader Down'
