Wonderful book. I'm not giving any big spoilers but I'll give you 3 words - Werewolf, blind-one-night-stand, hawt.
Beautifully written. Steamy. Nice and short which I do like. Wonderful start to this series.
Would definitely recommend it to you.

David McK (3562 KP) rated Wolfsangel (Craw Trilogy, #1) in Books

Described (by 2 different authors, in the blurb on the back of the book in this edition) as "A unique take on the werewolf mythos, on the Norse pantheon an on magic itself. An enthralling, mesmeric book" and "A fresh take on the werewolf myth ... Brutal and relentlessly original", I have to say: this novel was nothing at all like I expected. Where I was expecting an excting tale of Vikings, shapeshifters and magic, instead I got a slow, torpid and (sometimes) impenetrable read instead. The first in a planned series of such books, I doubt I'll be looking for any of the sequels.

High Moor ( book 1)
By Graeme Reynolds
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
When John Simpson hears of a bizarre animal attack in his old home town of High Moor, it stirs memories of a long forgotten horror. John knows the truth. A werewolf stalks the town once more, and on the night of the next full moon, the killing will begin again. He should know. He survived a werewolf attack in 1986, during the worst year of his life.
It's 1986 and the town is gripped in terror after the mutilated corpse of a young boy is found in the woods. When Sergeant Steven Wilkinson begins an investigation, with the help of a specialist hunter, he soon realises that this is no ordinary animal attack. Werewolves are real, and the trail of bodies is just beginning, with young John and his friends smack in the middle of it.
Twenty years later, John returns to High Moor. The latest attack involved one of his childhood enemies, but there's more going on than meets the eye. The consequences of his past actions, the reappearance of an old flame and a dying man who will either save or damn him are the least of his problems. The night of the full moon is approaching and time is running out.
But how can he hope to stop a werewolf, when every full moon he transforms into a bloodthirsty monster himself?
I absolutely loved this book! It was good old hammer horror vibe werewolf fun with a little twist of some modern tales. So interesting and gory the characters were brilliant from the “goodies” to the “baddies”. I didn’t want to put it down best werewolf book I’ve read for a long time. Highly recommend!

One of the many movies that's been added to paramount plus this ones for kids mainly and it shows In the way it's made the effects turning victoria justice into a werewolf is good but the rest of the movie is too silly to be taken seriously

Lindsay (1760 KP) rated Fate Reborn in Books

Fate Reborn is an okay book. Though the story is was good. Though lines were broken up and need to be fixed. The words were mixed up and had hard time reading the story. Ashat and his family were killed by an evil werewolf. He and a few other werewolf go on an mission to get this evil werewolf.
Ashat and Billy and Joe, have tried to help a family out by protecting them. They wanted them to leave and stay away. Though the family comes back and the father see what they are and seen this family die. Marlee is told to run. Things starts to make sense one you start reading about main story. Throughout the book you get mixed up words in with each page. That need to be updated.
Other then that the story is good. I enjoyed it. There are twist and turns. The some things going on with all three werewolf's. What will happen with Ashat and Marlee? What will happen to Dave? There are still lots questions to answer.
