I could not put this book down once I started. Work commitments prevented me from getting much reading done, but once I finally got to it, I read the almost whole thing in a day!

I have to say I am completely surprised by how good this book was. It was interesting but easy to follow & easy to read. I am not much on religion & I was engaged throughout the entire book. O'Reilly is a great writer & quite obviously did a great deal of research in putting this together. I am looking forward to reading his other novels.

I'm so in love with this book, I read it within 12 days. Maas is a spectacular writer and this series has my imagination running wild.
I would recommend this to anyone that loves a good fantasy or romance.

A total masterpiece. This book made me think about the question of which every one of us wants to know the answer - is it that good to live forever? I love the way the writer insists on telling both the positive and negative sides of leaving forever and staying forever young.. I know I won't stop thinking about this book in a while.

I can relate to this as a writer and a dreamer with a very active imagination. This was awesome and well written. I love this book now but younger me would have died with excitement over this story! I especially love the stories within stories and the positive upbeat and happy messages here. If you havent read it, you really should!
