Graduation Day (1981)

1981 | Horror | Mystery

96 mins

A few days before High School graduation. The track team has its past meet. And Laura, the fastest runner on the co-ed squad is in her final race of her high school career.
She gets out to a slow start, but begins pulling ahead of her competition with her coach and team members screaming encouragement to her from the sidelines.
Laura pulls away and crosses the finish line arms raised in victory.
She then staggers back and forth and drops dead of an apparent heart attack.
A few days after, Laura's navel sister returns from Guam for her sister's funeral and is met by her mother and drunk stepfather at their home, but not before another track star falls victim to an unseen killer who brandished a stop watch and a passion for bumping off teenaged sports figures. The killer begins picking off of the high Archy of the school track clique one by one in a few different creative ways.
Full of death and poor acting, this film was one of the first of the holiday style films, including "Happy Birthday to Me", "April Fools Day" and "My Bloody Valentine" to name a few... And it's probably the worst
