Loved the acting, story and Goose (0 more)
I went to this movie thinking that I wouldnt like it but wound up enjoying it a lot. Briee Larson does a great job as Captain Marvel and I am a 90s kid so I loved the music in the film as well. Goose is my new favorite Marvel character and him and Nick Fury are amazing together.

Rolling Stone's 479th greatest album of all time (2020)
I wouldn't dare suggest this has been added to the list to give more diversity, and if it had been that would not be a bad thing. But it really is a dreadful album of low quality 90s Eurovision rejects. "Bidi bidi bom bom" and a Spanish language cover of The Pretenders' "Back on the Chain Gang". Yeesh.

"Beside Knausgård, Harstad is perhaps the best Norwegian writer right now. It’s about a young boy moving with his family from Norway to the USA, growing up there in the ‘80s and ‘90s, and so it’s an outsider’s look at American society, written with clinical precision and desperate humor. If you like thick, epic books like DeLillos' “Underworld,” this is probably up your alley."

Rolling Stone's 354th greatest album of all time
A good jazzy rock album by Billy Joel, including the hit My Life. I have to admit I was first aware of this song when it was re-interpreted as "Number 1" by the 90s rock band A. An enjoyable jazzy and piano based album, all quite upbeat. So far, no questions over his fire-starting behaviour.

Rolling Stone's 162nd greatest album of all time
Quite simply one of the best albums of all time. Right from the off it is a collection of fantastic intelligent 90s indie anthems. What few lower moments there are provide a welcome moment to recover from what had just been experienced. Paranoid Android, No Surprises and Airbag are some of the best British rock songs ever.

First time seeing this movie for I’ve tried not to watch knowing about the controversy it caused during the 90s glorifying violence the way it does. But to my surprise the movie popped up on Disney plus to my surprise. Anyway I liked the film both leads are good decent plot the violence can go over the top but still decent movie

"1999 was a strange and transitional year. The second half of the ’80s and the ’90s were about dance music. That’s all there was. I remember when drum‘n’bass hit, we were, like, “Why would you want to listen to anything else?” Then that started to finish toward the end of the ’90s, and people in the underground were making records that weren’t dance music but were still credible. To Rococo Rot wasn’t just about playing, it was about machines as well. They somehow embodied both Krautrock and post-rock in an interesting and Berlin way. When Wire did our tour in 2000, we were two dates in and we started to notice that that every venue was playing Soundgarden before our sets. We had a copy of The Amateur View, and our sound person would put that on and just calm the audience down."
