An eye opening account of a young girl. Definitely not a middle school book. Interesting story of a girl who has run away and lives a life as an adult quickly.

A brilliant film with a great cast of actors.
Seen it repeatedly as both a child and adult and I love it. One of my top 10s.

The kick off to a young adult line of mystery novels featuring the Brig's granddaughter Lucy Wilson, this has the set-up feel of the Sarah Jane Adventures, with a slightly more adult tone. Not much more, as these are designed to be aimed at the younger set, but feel more Doctor Who in the peril thrown at our heroine. An enjoyable read that also manages to expand the Brig-verse. Highly recommended! For more, visit www.travelingthevortex.com
