"Run, Ronnie, Run! From the creators of Mr. Show — David Cross and Bob Odenkirk. It’s another movie full of one-liners. It’s a little more adult than Juno, but to me it’s kind of a mix of Rock Star, Juno, and Totally Awesome. It’s kind of just dumb, funny humor, also kind of a mockumentary about reality shows. Pretty much half of my daily vocabulary is from that movie."

"Existential angst, black-and-white landscapes that feel cut out of slate and bone, quivering ruminations on mortality, and symbolic self-reflexive experimentation in film form-that’s all very masterful and inspiring and well and good, but I didn’t fall in love with Bergman until I discovered (via this box set) Fanny and Alexander. A rich adult fairy tale about how we use storytelling in our lives, not for pleasure alone."

One of my favorite animated movies. Lots of adventure, comedy and good songs. I think this would be a good movie for a child or adult I guess who lacks confidence. It is about a blind young guy, a girl and a 2 headed dragon who go on an adventure to find the sword Excalibur. The 2 headed dragon is so funny! The 2 main characters have a great backstory too.

After... certainly not happily ever
This movie had sat on my Netflix watch list for ages, I continued to by pass it daily until I took the plunge. I was glad to watch it, taken in by the story, horrified by the “twist” and rolling along with the predictability. I enjoyed the fresh faced casting, the filming locations also... worth a watch if you like Young Adult drama
