A wonderful family adventure film directed by Spielberg. Featuring an impressive voice cast including Andy Serkis. With a slight inspiration by the indiana Jones films. The animation is great as well. If you have missed this check it out!

A pretty decent comedy with 3 strong actors in the main parts. Quite funny as 3 city boys look to embark on one of their childhood adventure ideas, setting off on a river trip that goes from bad to worse.

I expected a lot of sploosh, raaah, stab, eek, sink, saved! and in fairness I wasn’t disappointed but what I found was something rather more. I found a telling of a story that was very human. An enjoyable, poignant adventure.

Book Rating

A fun adventure with interesting characters. As soon as the prophesy was given, I pretty much knew where the story was headed but this didn't detract from the enjoyment. Looking forward to following Percy grow, learn and develop his skills.
