Rolling Stone's 499th greatest album of all time
Kicking off with some excellent rock and roll and mixing in some blues numbers, a great short live album. A wonderful guitarist and brilliant singer.

Rolling Stone's 35th greatest album of all time
Excellent glam rock album, Bowie at his best with his personality fully let loose. Suffragette City, Starman and Rock n Roll Suicide are particular highlights.

Rolling Stone's 460th greatest album of all time (2020)
Brilliant intelligent pop album, with some uplifting anthems (Green Light's chorus) with a fair amount of softer and more thoughtful songwriting. A great listen.

Rolling Stone's 157th greatest album of all time
Simply cannot be compared to any other album for sheer hard-hitting atmosphere and suppressed angst. Isolation is an absolute masterpiece of early 80s indie.

Doubt there will be an anniversary tour for this album
A great introduction for an amazing progressive metal band.
This album solidified my love for this group of artists hailing from Raleigh, North Carolina. Overall this is my second favorite album from this band.

Rolling Stone's 98th greatest album of all time
I was supposed to listen to each album from RS's top 500 once through and review. I had to listen to this one again, it was just brilliant. Lipstick Vogue, Radio Radio, Pump It Up, ... Chelsea, and a whole host of songs just as good. Absolutely fantastic album.

Rolling Stone's 56th greatest album of all time
Elvis' debut album, mainly consisting of covers (Carl Perkins' Blue Suede Shoes, Little Richard's Tutti Frutti and Ray Charles' I Got a Woman among them). A decent album but a sign of style over substance for what was to come. He was definitely a performer, there is no denying that.
