Clare Parrott (294 KP) rated The Suicide Princess in Books
Feb 13, 2018
"leave you breathless and have you begging for more.." Hardly.
It could have been amazing, I'd heard such good things about this book and I'm disappointed it didn't live up to expectations.
I have to give the author credit for the guts and hard work it must have taken to write and publish this book but find someone to give it a polish for you.

Erika (17789 KP) rated Bose SoundLink Color Bluetooth Speaker II in Tech
Jun 14, 2018
I've purchased this speaker for both my brother and my father, and it doesn't look like it'd produce such a strong, stereo sound... But it does, this speaker is amazing, and the quality of sound is fantastic. Bose is definitely the way to go. It's also small and portable, which is handy if you want to take it outdoors to the park or pool.

Liliannar (58 KP) rated The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy in Books
May 29, 2018
Absolutely amazing. Every single bit of the books from the first word to the last has a way of drawing you in and making you want to know what's next. Arthur and Ford become your friends and you just can't wait to see what their next adventure will be. it's been awhile since I read the books, definitely want to read them again very soon.

Chris Hooker (419 KP) rated Love Without Limits (Pink Bean #7) in Books
Jun 26, 2018
Harper Bliss does an amazing job creating emotional and great characters. Reading her Pink Bean books is like meeting up with old friends. I will say this one caught me a little off guard but sometimes it is good to come out of your comfort zone. As Jo learns in this installment of the series. It was a bit eye opening to say the least.
My rating: 4.5 I had waited so long to read this, and had heard so much about it, that I was disappointed at the beginning because it did not seem as amazing as everyone was making it out to be. However I kept reading and discovered that I actually began to enjoy it. I am looking forward to reading what happens next.

Caffeinated Fae (464 KP) rated Landline in Books
Jul 10, 2018
Have you ever read a book that you never wanted to end? This was one of those books for me. I was genuinely upset that this book didn't have 1000 more pages. Landline by Rainbow Rowell was amazing. I could barely put it down. The plot was interesting. The characters were charming. It showed that marriages take work. All in all, this was a great book.

Amazing adventure
This show is well-written, with great voice acting and an intriguing plot. I binge listened to every episode that was out in like a day and a half. The characters are great and have an interesting dynamic. It's not all sunshine and roses, but then again, you wouldn't expect it to be when you're stuck on a malfunctioning submarine in the Bermuda Triangle.

Cody Cook (8 KP) rated The Blue Parakeet: Rethinking How You Read the Bible in Books
Jun 29, 2018
A blue parakeet is something unexpected that disrupts the narrative. This book is a blue parakeet. Is it about hermeneutics? Women in ministry? It's not clear what exactly it's about and that's disrupting to my desire for a book which is clearly about something that I can describe.
McKnight is an amazing thinker whose books are among my favorites. This one just didn't hit with me.

Amazing!

Wow. I was looking forward to the new Mission: Impossible film. But this delivered far beyond my expectations. I first noticed when my hands were sweating from the stress of the movie.
I think my favorite part was when I saw the sunrise at the end of the film and I thought that the explosion had killed everyone. The expectation subversion was perfect.
